This is the card of intense anxiety, despair and negative self talk. Sometimes difficult circumstances are out of our control and we have no choice but to just "be there" for the time being. However our thoughts and feelings can make things better or worse. If you are spending a lot of time dwelling on the negative you will prolong the situation. The song "If You're Going Through Hell" started playing in my mind for you. Keep your head down, your thoughts positive and push through this. You'll come out the other side in a much better place.

Unfortunately this is going to be a very hard process for you and I highly recommend counseling to help you process and deal with the pain and emotions you will feel as you go through this. Just remember there is ALWAYS a light at the end of the tunnel and you are stronger than you think you are. Decide to get through this, take one day at a time and be nice to yourself.
