"The only lazy dates that I know of are the ones that lie around in the produce department."

Generally I make an effort for a date and expect the same. If I am getting more serious I may just hang out with someone and be lazy but general I find something to do.

Depends on you mean by lazy.

Cuddling on the couch and watching a movie? Yeah, that works.

Showing up and saying, "Lets get out of here." and then the inevitable question comes, "To do what?" the answer is, "I have no idea." These can lead to some rather interesting dates.

Showing up on a first date still covered in grime from a hard days work. Not going to happen. I'm out the door. (I've had this happen noway )

Not dressing up for a first date. While some might find that to be rude or lazy. I kinda like it. Lets you see what they are really like. From my experience, people that do this tend to be more open about themselves.

Going over to their house and find it's filthy because they are to lazy to ever clean. I'm gone. (Had this one happen to sick )

EDIT: I would like to point out there is a difference between messy and filthy. Stuff setting around is one thing. Food sitting around for days and the floor covered in grime is just disgusting.

I like them both.

Going out. new places or a nice restaurant, weekend get a ways.. I also like the lazy days of just both laying on the couch watching a good movie... you need a balance of both

How much is "a lot?"
Enough to make your own lazy dates with a funny smelling rag?

Oh definitely. That's a must.

I like it that people thought I meant something negative with "lazy"

I thought a lazy date was when you didn't make an effort and that was your way of saying I don't want to go out with you anymore.
I do like lazy on the couch watching a movie in a clean house.
Not to keen on the spoon thing. I might be too old for that.

Some of the best dates are the lazy ones...
The ones where he drops in for a lazy day where the phones are shut off,
not worried about getting all fixed up ... boxer and crop top oh yeah...
I might be persuaded to put a bit of make up on but not much...\\

Spending time together... snuggling, chatting, cuddling,
Playing games, snuggling, watching movies, cuddling...

OH yeah did I mention snuggling and cuddling...

too old for spooningthink
Say it ain't so... You can never be too old for spooning...smitten

IMO it depends on where at in the relationship you are, lazy dates are great, walk on thr beach, picnic in the park, stroll through downtown, movie at your place.....but only AFTER you know you like them enough to be content in those situations.

As first date, early dates nope, I wouldn't I'd want something to keep us occupied just uncase we didn't click

Yes please to lazy dates flowerforyou love

Planned out, fancy, dressing up dates are fun too, but the lazy ones seem to be the ones that create the most memories in my opinion.

And DEFINITELY YES TO SPOONING IN BED ALL DAY!! shades smile2
