why is it I wonder that there never seems to be an over 50 do guys still want to have sex thread? hahaha I am not sure if it's this 'urban myth' that at somewhere around age of 40 all women dry up and their libido blows away with the wind or if it is due to someone that ya know whose wife at some point in marriage decided she was no longer interested in sex.
Truth of matter is that there are a great many men as well as women who enjoy this part of their life well into old age. There are also some women who may have health issues related to some aspect of this area and may contact their doctors about things that might help such as hormone therapy. There are men who have ED issues that often appear in their forties and fifties and may also enlist the help of a medical doctor in this arena |

I really think its more about individual circumstances than age
I would think, like with anything, someone who has done something regularly and repeatedly over a long period of time will tire of it eventually people who treat something 'special' and are ,,,more particular about the conditions and timing of those things may be able to cherish and enjoy them longer,,, |

I think that women ...and men, at our age, are looking for something a bit more than just sex.
While we still have a need for orgasm we must admit that 'making love' is more appealing than a quickie. Now, don't get me wrong, Hot sex is great but for a relationship there needs to be that extra 'umph' that tops the sex and enters into the making love area. At 50 we are not all dried up and our sex drives are very much intact. But at 50, we have a lifetime of experience that teaches us that sex is not the sole driving force that governs us. I believe that women over 50 are just as driven by sex as men. However, sex is now only part of the equation and you have to have other qualities that complete the scene. |

It seems the older ive gotten,the more i want it,and the more sexual thoughts i have,and the women i speak to also are in the same boat,but what makes it hard is finding the opposite sex,at the rite time!.Lol.
