Booby tr.... indifferent ehrm... Booby trapped pa.... indifferent Booby trapped paper towel dispenser in the men's room. Per 'the guy who shared a cubicle with farooq', " I heard an explosion then I recieved a blast, I told the others in the restroom we were under attack. We blocked the door to keep anyone from coming in and I looked in the mirror and noticed I was bloodied here (no wound) and here (no wound the very next day) I thought to myself 'the paper towel dispenser must have been booby trapped'." (ABC world news tonight)
Really dude? How much did they pay you for that interview? Or did they hold out payment because it was supposed to be bullets that came through the DISPENSER.
Plant.

Police response reported as 4 minutes after the 911 call. That's really quick. They knew they were spotted turn around and go out the back...? Rental with Utah plates and 4 hours later... Smells odd. They are selling this hard... The only 'eye witness' (hearsay witness) interviewed yesterday was a guy with a concealed carry permit from a building across the street who offered shelter to someone who escaped the shooting and he "holstered up and went over to see what was going on. the SUV who saw him and turned around (without shooting him) and slowly went out the back way. "
Wait a minute.... I thought if more people had c and c's mass shootings wouldn't happen....? Or they'd be able to watch the perps uncharacteristically slowly turn around and leave the back way because they saw you.
Plant.
San Bernardino PD and Sheriffs can't be expected to perform any better than they did. Something went sour after the last bullets were fired. They were VERY tight lipped in their press releases so as not to compromise an ongoing investigation. I'm fairly certain they didn't plant these witnesses. To assume Obama had anything to do with it goes against his would directly counter his proposal for 10,000 refugees. Besides that he's not running for reelection. It would serve no purpose for him. Someone who opposes him, who doesn't want any refugees to come here starting in 2016, would stand to gain politically from this. Who popped that cork?
No respect for the dead, no shame in ignoring the families who lost loved ones to make a pitch for the next war against 2 assailants that are already dead. Maybe they had Saddam's chemical weapons, who knows? There are very stupid people....

14 people died, the shooters are dead. Thank god it's over. Was it premeditated? Absolutely. Was it work related? Yes. Legal weapons purchased by a citizen, a civil servant. A County inspector went postal. May the dead rest in peace.

No councilmen, trump made a statement saying it radical Islamic terrorism, which it isn't. A woman side by side with a man as an equal, no Islamic group would sanction that. Inspired by terrorist, perhaps but no group has taken credit andiI doubt any will.
Something else odd I noticed was the 'cubicle' witness said he went to the restroom during a 15 MINUTE BREAK. He must have forgotten he was at A CHRISTMAS PARTY.

“A wonderful opportunity...” to pass more gun control!

That’s what Attorney General Loretta Lynch called the recent murders in California.

I don’t think there is anything “wonderful” about what appears a lot like a terrorist attack that left 14 innocent Americans murdered.

It is shameful and despicable that President Obama and his gun control cronies are gleefully waving the proverbial bloody shirt of the victims in order to advance their radical agenda.

Make no mistake, none of the gun control policies that Obama or Hillary Clinton or Michael Bloomberg want enacted would have prevented this attack.

To make matters worse, their allies in the liberal media are simply ignoring that California has some of the most restrictive gun laws in the country.

Once again they’re trying to blame law-abiding gun owners and liberty-loving patriots for the acts of madmen.

They’re saying it’s OUR fault.

Our fault, even though this attack occurred in one of the most anti-gun states in the country?

Legal and responsible gun owners are supposed to pay for the actions of two radical murderers?

It's liberal logic! They call them criminals for a reason! Because they ignore and break the law. So passing laws and regulations, restrictions and prohibitions will only affect the law abiding and do nothing to prevent the actions of the criminal elements in our society

Strict drug and alcohol prohibition was a failure! It made millionaires out of the criminal elements and criminals out of the users. It even made it easier and less expensive to acquire! That's a PROVEN fact!

The most foolish mistake we could possibly make would be to permit the conquered Eastern peoples to have arms. History teaches that all conquerors who have allowed their subject races to carry arms have prepared their own downfall by doing so.
Adolf Hitler

The best way to take control over a people and control them utterly is to take a little of their freedom at a time, to erode rights by a thousand tiny and almost imperceptible reductions. In this way, the people will not see those rights and freedoms being removed until past the point at which these changes cannot be reversed.

For the most part I agree with both of you. I didn't see anything wonderful apart from the performance of the San Bernardino PD. Appropriate use of force, efficient and minimal collateral damage after they arrived on scene.
There is one little problem with this attack that most people missed. It was mentioned a few times that in ≈30 seconds they'd know if the perps had criminal records or were FLAGGED as sympathizers/ on the no fly/ or terror watchlists. That's somewhat useful in a trial or organized crime, after the fact. After. These two are dead, they had 4 legal weapons, and the 900+ Federal anti-isil investigations didn't include them. Travel
to Saudi (from there who knows where else) recently and the wife being Pakistani should have put them on the radar at least but it didn't. That being said someone ON the no fly list can legally buy a gun. That's horse 5hit. It's not about TAKING guns. It's about who is able to legally purchase them which in our current state of affairs should not have gone through.
Nothing is going to stop all crime but if the government decides someone is too dangerous to get on an airplane why the hell should they be able to buy 4 or more guns and large quantities of ammo? That's a gaping hole in current unenforced legislation. Common sense. If INS doesn't do door to door sweeps for immigrants what makes you think the government is going to send people door to door confiscating all guns and ammunition from everybody?

NOT the fault of the police.
The woman came in from Saudi Arabia on 'fiancé visa'. They were not vetted, or tracked or monitored. Nor have they been in the past. nor are they likely to be the future.
* She was not an American citizen nor was her brother. And the husband, citizen or not, was not vetted or tracked or monitored, after his trip to Saudi Arabia. He came back a changed man. With a beard, radicalize (he never even spoke of religion before), & IMO.. Totally p@ssy whipped!

Blame Obama & the liberal kiss s@@ press... , not the police.

Edit: I just found this... & I am sure there is or will be a lot more.

The problem with that, and there is a bill coming before the house on Tuesday, is that the govts "no-fly" list is like google. ANYONE CAN BE ON IT! It has also stopped paraplegics, nuns, Senators, judges, infants and children from flying.

The problem is too many laws and too much info! They can't cope with or handle all the info they are gathering now! They also can't or won't enforce laws and restrictions already in place. Just look at our borders! Our drug laws! Our tax laws!

They are collecting so much info, even with key word flags, that they can't process it fast enough to do any good!

It's not about keeping us safe, it's about control..... of us!

14 people died, the shooters are dead.
Thank god it's over. Was it
premeditated? Absolutely. Was it work
related? Yes. Legal weapons purchased
by a citizen, a civil servant. A County
inspector went postal. May the dead
rest in peace.
First of all, the 2 ARs were NOT legal, and neither were the hi cap mags (clips, to you) for the two 9mms....I dont care where or by whom they were purchased...they were ILLEGAL in the state of CA.. California is Obamas poster child for guns laws and those laws DIDN'T stop this attack. Just stop with that meme already.
If you wanna call it work related because it happened at the guys workplace, knock yourself out....just go right ahead and ignore the fact that the jihadist had contact with people on terror watch lists, ignore the fact that he searched ISIS websites, ignore that friends said he became reserved after coming back from his Middle East trip and started growing a beard, ignore the ied at the scene that had the earmarks of a device tied to the type of ied ISIS puts out online, ignore the bomb making factory in his house, ignore the THOUSANDS of rounds of ammunition in him and his wife and THOUSANDS more at his home
Ignore all that and you could be like that neighbor who had a gut instinct that something wrong was going on at that Redlands home but didnt say anything because she didnt want to seen as an Islamaphobe.
Work related? Sure...a radical Muslim staged a terrorist attack at his jobs CHRISTMAS party...now thats a "work related" terrorist attack that I can buy.

Pretty much every immediate media report identified the San Bernadino shooters as white males wearing military style uniforms...a liberal's wet dream in a mass shooting situation. Heard that description over and over that afternoon

Now that it is obviously an Islamic terror attack, they are taking great pains to not say that. And they wonder why they have lost respect!

They had an arsenal of guns and bombs. They had a specific plan. They had known contacts with Islamic terror organizations. They took care to destroy their electronic trail. But NBC still says this morning that the feds have no clue as to a motive. They think it might be that the man argued with one of his coworkers about whether or not Islam was a peaceful religion. Surely the Feds aren't that dumb...so who ordered them to shut up?

To conquer a nation, first disarm its citizens.
Adolf Hitler

The most foolish mistake we could possibly make would be to permit the conquered Eastern peoples to have arms. History teaches that all conquerors who have allowed their subject races to carry arms have prepared their own downfall by doing so.
Adolf Hitler

The best way to take control over a people and control them utterly is to take a little of their freedom at a time, to erode rights by a thousand tiny and almost imperceptible reductions. In this way, the people will not see those rights and freedoms being removed until past the point at which these changes cannot be reversed.
Adolf Hitler

It's not about TAKING guns. liberals can't/won't understand that... they like to feel safe, knowing the government is "protecting" them...

California massacre shooter pledged allegiance to Islamic State: sources.

SAN BERNARDINO, Calif. (Reuters) - One of the two people accused of killing 14 at a holiday party in California apparently pledged allegiance to a leader of Islamic State militant group, two U.S. government source said on Friday.

Tashfeen Malik, 27, and her husband, Syed Rizwan Farook, 28, were killed in a shootout with police hours after the Wednesday massacre at the Inland Regional Center social services agency in San Bernardino, about 60 miles (100 km) east of Los Angeles. The attack was the deadliest mass shooting the United States has experienced in three years.

U.S. investigators are evaluating evidence that Malik, a Pakistani native who had been living in Saudi Arabia when she married Farook, had pledged allegiance to Islamic State leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, two U.S. officials told Reuters. They said the finding, if confirmed, could be a "game changer" in the investigation.

CNN reported on Friday that one U.S. official said Malik had pledged allegiance to al-Baghdadi in a posting on Facebook made on Wednesday, the day of the attack, under an account that used a different name.

The investigation has been focused on the motivation for the attack with officials including President Barack Obama and San Bernardino Police Chief Jarrod Burguan saying it may have been motivated by extremist ideology.

Islamic State claimed responsibility for the Nov. 13 coordinated shooting and bombing attacks in Paris that killed 130 people and injured hundreds. The group has called on its supporters around the world to strike targets in the West.

Malik and Farook left behind a 6-month-old daughter. Farook's brother-in-law, Farhan Khan, told NBC News he had begun legal proceedings to adopt the girl and was "very upset and angry" at Farook.

"You left your 6-month-old daughter," Khan said. "In this life some people cannot have kids. God gave you a gift of a daughter. And you left that kid behind ... What did you achieve?"

Twenty-one people were wounded in the attack, the worst gun violence in the nation since the December 2012 shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Connecticut.

Farook, a U.S. citizen born in Illinois, was the son of Pakistani immigrants, said Hussam Ayloush, head of the Los Angeles area chapter of the Muslim advocacy group Council on American-Islamic Relations.

Christian Nwadike, who worked with Farook for five years, told CBS that his co-worker had been different since he returned from Saudi Arabia.

"I think he married a terrorist," Nwadike said.

Investigators are reviewing the couples' computers and cellphones to see if they had browsed jihadist websites or had contact with militant groups, according to officials in Washington familiar with the investigation.

Police said the couple had two assault-style rifles, two semi-automatic handguns and 1,600 rounds of ammunition in their vehicle, with 12 pipe bombs found in their home.
