I would add respecting the nice young men who do respond politely and don't get really aggressive.

It doesn't hurt to talk to the nice people who are in the threads; at least make and attempt to participate. It is a reciprocal process using dating sites. Your local matches definitely watch to see how you treat people.

Those who are consistently nice get their threads bumped and those who are vulgar may get challenged but rarely do they get pointed out as saying something worth looking up.
