Do you have ones unique to you? Daily, Weekly, Bi-Monthly, Seasonally etc. Examples: Daily- Olive oil on my face victim E oil on my lips, hands & feet. Weekly- an exfoliant 3 times a week on my face. That I usually make myself with brown sugar & extra virgin olive oil Bi- Monthly- Cuticles & nail buffing & bleaching (laundry bleach) Monthly- deep conditioning hair treatment w/animal fat. Or horse hair conditioner  Seasonal- 6-8 weeks trim the ends of my hair |

I like to look nice
Yes I do pamper myself Yes I like new clothes Hair styles A little bit of make up ewwwe not too much. Nail polish on fingers and nails. I do this because I wanted a change in attitudes in myself. I got tired of looking like something the dog dragged in. I haven't had any negative complaints. |

henna and coconut oil on hair
noxema to wash face oil of olay to moisturize lip gloss always perfume always if I am going out? then it's the whole she-bang hair curled eyeliner, shadow and mascara foundation, blush a shade of pink lipstick if a man does not like the fact that I have make up on then a man does not have to look at me |

Always wear sunscreen/moisturizer on my face.

Umm that's it..never had a manicure, pedicure, facial..wear little or no makeup. I will put on the dog though when we go out :-) |

If women wanted to ....enhance their natural beauty/ improve their look or are simply doing it to tempt a guy...its fine and a noble gesture. But should'nt they keep it on when climbing into bed with that lucky guy...just saying....
