if you love somebody, and he/she loves you too. But No sex involved. or if you had sex with somebody else, other than your partner?

This is obviously cheating: ...but to answer your question I believe that cheating is anything that might break the trust of the person who you are involved with.

Both are cheating in my opinion. One is emotional cheating and the other is physical cheating

What is CHEATING? Expecting someone to play by mutually agreed upon rules that you have no intention, ability, desire, or capability to adhere to while deceptively hiding that fact from them, especially after you know you've played outside of them? if you love somebody, and he/she loves you too. But No sex involved. or if you had sex with somebody else, other than your partner? It's cheating as long as your partner doesn't know about it and you choose to actively hide it from them. As soon as you communicate what you've done you give them a clearer picture of who you are.

I think cheating is determined in different ways for different relationships. What is cheating for one, may not be for another. For example, a marriage like mine that is open. Talking, texting, hanging out, and having sex with another person is not cheating UNLESS we are hiding it from each other.

Cheating is exactly an individual Act in wch a person runs away from his own good side and do bad..in that case some ppl regret some even feel care free and happy! Is that right?

I agree with ZombieX, that cheating is about violating rules you and your partner agree on put you also have to factor in the larger society. So, what might not be cheating in your relationship might be view as cheating from the outside.

It's cheating if EITHER your official partner, OR you, think it is. If NEITHER of you think it is, it isn't. Simple, really. Bottom line, if you think have to ask, then it's cheating. If you find you have to persuade or explain because the other person is upset, then it was cheating. And if you can't get through a week without something turning up that might be cheating, it means you are incompatible.
