MightyMoe: I totally agree with you.. but if your a person who doesn't go out much plus I live in a small country town it is harder to meet face to face. I think many people won't contact others because they feel they aren't good enough or there is the rejection factor. i've been in sales to long to worry about rejection... nobody ever bats 1000... most women(that are worth the effort) are going to reject the first few times anyway, it's the keep trying part they like... |

I for one would give up if I was rejected the first time as I would feel I would be a nuisance if I kept trying.. It's a fine line.

And just so nobody feels rejected by me...I really don't answer emails because I find it pointless at this time to start anything unless of course it's from a woman about juicy forum gossip hehe ! Yeah, I take that chance sometimes. I always get rejected. (((catinidaho))) What do you mean you always get rejected? You mean the ba#tards didn't answer your emails? How many did you send? What? Too nosy? wanna watch "Hachi: A Dog's Tale" and cry our eyes out?  I haven't rejected catinidaho. Then again, she doesn't write to me.

I like catinidaho, I've read her profile but I don't meet her criteria. I can't believe guys rejecting her unless it's the small town thing.. anyway, I think she's nice.

If you're talking about the forums (I don't check anyone outside of that) ... yes, there are a couple that interest me.
And no, I don't approach them, because I don't think they have interest in me. I mean, they know me from the forums, should have a pretty good idea of what I'm like, I'm pretty much open. So had the interest been mutual, I suppose they would've made it clear, even if it was just in the forums with their reactions, flirty li'l things. Apart from that I don't actively look for anyone here (outside of the forums) because most live in the USA. Not easy to say "Hey, let's go grab a cup of coffee and see how things go!" |

Nah. there is no one I am afraid to approach if I like them.
Maybe it's because my expectations are low. I never assume that everyone will like me or want me , so the idea of rejection from a stranger doesn't bother me all that much

Disclaimer: In no way, shape or form has this got anything to do with me personally  I have sent messages out but not all have been to someone I would consider a potential mate.. sometimes it is just I like something they said in their profile.. but even to those that I take an interest in... if they don't respond back..
