When somebody told me that he has failed in his exams, my question is,

*"Is it a law that you will pass every time?"*

When someone told me that my boyfriend broke up with me, my question is,

*"Is it a rule that you will have successful relationships everywhere?"*

When somebody asked me why am I in depression, my question is,

*"Is it compulsory to have confidence all the time?"*

When someone cried to me about his huge business loss due to his wrong decision, my question is,

*"Is it possible that you take all right decisions?"*

The fact is our expectation that life has to be perfect/permanent is the biggest reason of our unhappiness.

One has to understand the law of impermanence of nature.

So *stop taking your failures and bad part of your life soooo personally or intensely,* even God does not like to give you pain but its the cycle through which you have to pass. Prepare yourself for one more fight after each fall because even failures cannot be permanent

*Your breath comes to go.*
*Your thoughts come to go.*
*Your words come to go.*
*Your actions come to go.*
*Your feelings come to go.*
*Your illnesses come to go.*
*Your phases come to go.*
*Your seasons come to go.*
*You have come to go.*

Then why do you hold on to your guilt, anger, unforgiveness, hatred
so so so tightly,
when it too has come to go...

Let it go ..

Everyone from childhood and up has expected us to do well ...our parents..our teachers..our employers..our coworkers..our mates etc. We are born into this world being told in so many words that we need to be perfect. Why would we not expect this of ourselves?

Let it go

Whenever I've heard this it has never been all that helpful.

The fact is our expectation that life has to be perfect/permanent is the biggest reason of our unhappiness.

I would not draw that conclusion from what's presented in the OP.

stop taking your failures and bad part of your life soooo personally or intensely

This is why "let it go" is not helpful.
To what exact personal or intense degree "should" people take their failures and bad part of their life to?

How do they know the exact point they've taken it too personally or intensely?

Prepare yourself for one more fight after each fall because even failures cannot be permanent

But...isn't fighting against taking it too personally or intensely part of the fight?
Making "let it go" mean "don't fight?"

Your breath comes to go

Your breath comes to feed you oxygen before it's expelled after collecting waste, before you try to suck in and hold what's necessary in a new breath.

Your thoughts come to go

Huh? Thoughts are part of memory.
So no one should remember anything?

*Your words come to go

What? People use the same words over and over and over.
They hold onto them tightly. Without expecting words to
maintain a relatively stable and constant meaning language would be meaningless.

Your actions come to go.

That...doesn't make much sense.
As you do the same actions over and over and over.
Two hands, two feet, heads, shoulders, knees, and toes.
You're limited in your actual actions.
Lots of repetition. Your actions don't really change.
You keep trying to kiss people, you keep trying to hug people, you keep trying to defend yourself, you keep trying to feed yourself.
So...which actions, exactly, should people "let it go" and stop doing?

Your feelings come to go

Neither does that make much sense.
Your feelings come to inform.

Your illnesses come to go.

You are always sick. There is never a single moment in life when you aren't sick. Your immune system simply works to keep you in permanent homeostatic balance so sickness doesn't interfere with you all that negatively.
Your immune system is always on, always fighting something.
Your illnesses come to stay.
Illnesses are more like a river that constantly flows through you with your immune system like a dam that keeps it from interfering with you. Occasionally you get too much rain and the excess spills over and floods you on occasion.

Your seasons come to go

But they always return. The same ones over and over and over...pretty much permanently.

why do you hold on to your guilt, anger, unforgiveness, hatred so so so tightly

Guilt, anger, unforgiveness, hatred, are all motivations to do something, an understanding of a situation and call to action.

Some people need more motivation to enact meaningful change than others.

Some people force themselves to get used to what's trying to force them to change in order to keep from having to do so.
And most of your examples(?) refer to things that are beneficial when they're permanently consistent(seasons, breath, illness, actions, thoughts).

And it seems since you say everything comes to go then some people would be responding with new guilt, new anger, new unforgiveness, new hatred, to constantly new changes, only from an outsiders perspective it all seems like the old guilt, old anger, old unforgiveness, old hatreds, because no one is inside the head of another 24/7.

So just saying "let it go" isn't very helpful.
Especially when at the very least you imply the necessity of "let it back in," yet don't address that at all.

Personally, I'd say "let it go" to saying "let it go."

Oh, I don't know.

From what I've seen and experienced, it's not a this or that kind of universe.

Sometimes "let it go" is what's best. Other times, though, "stick to your guns" or some other sort of dedication to ideals is better.

The main thing I've had to come to, is that I rarely know which course is best, in advance. I have to guess, and find out the hard way.

Some things I tried to hold on to too long, and just suffered more damage to my soul that way. Other things I let go of too soon, and so lost out on either personal growth, or just failed to accomplish what I could have.

So I'd suggest that this is another tool to put in your personal kit, but not THE tool to replace all others with.

most of us have expectations of ourselves. whether they were drilled into us during our upbringing or whether it's the goal we want for ourselves.

whether it's prestige, financial gain or enlightenment (just to name a few) a failure shows us what we need to focus on to achieve that goal.

perhaps one can learn from it and move forward, but it's not always easy to let things go.
if you lost your home because of whatever circumstances, letting it go is not an easy thing because your family still depends on you.

if you lost the love of your life because it didn't work out, it's not easy to let go because you've invested so much if yourself.

are there laws? perhaps, perhaps not.
in the end we all do what's right for us the best we know how.
