This will probably be my darkest post yet, but I need to air it, or give form to this thinking or observation.

Could you be in season where your heading into winter and everybody else is still going on about the beginnings of autumn? That's what it feels like, with the people that's around me, its like their still stuck in previous psychic records, talking about the seasons of passion, when we are know entering into a cycle of death.

All work for this level was completed, and preparations for the next level was supposed to be happening, but those allotted the task refuse to do so, and are now leading people falsely back in the wrong direction, even though they are aware of the fateful and tragic event's that are to occur in the near future.

They can see the signs of the changes and the end, yet act in a way to almost lull people back to sleep, and set then into false security. You smell the smoke, you hear the alarms, but those who are in the midst of it, don't act in a way in accordance to what's actually happening around them.

To me, these people appear to be stuck in the past, and wonder in a semi dream like state, semi conscious. And no matter what you do, you just can't shake them out of it. Look what's actually going on around you, actually going to happen, wake up!

There still clicked into psychic records that are not relevant to what has changed today. And I fear it will all be upon them when its too late.

What you write actually makes sense a bit. Though you didn't add a focus the general traits you refer to is common. I think the term that has been phrased is 'Sheeple'. While on the surface it appears people are being led like sheep, the deeper ramifications are that people are not functioning in present reality.

In the UK, Brexit has changed the style of life. You are noticing a lack of enthusiasm for the changes that are happening. You notice the changes but you can't understand why those around you do not?

Something that I have noticed (in the states) is that people are preoccupied with whatever they are told to be interested in. Until, they are told something new to focus on.
I noticed it while reading comments on facebook about the Sandy Hook issue and saw the pattern repeat with every national outrage following a domestic terrorist incident.
There is always a whole lot of speculation, blame and references to news coverage for each incident. The outcry is tremendous then slowly fades away until the next incident and then its full force again. It seems that people would rather deal with the past than attempt to make a change for the future. Reactive but not proactive.

There are power elites that use the media to manipulate the public to their intended agendas. The media they control, controls interest and focus as long as the powers that be dictate. It could be purposeful redirection to minimize the interest in things they want to 'slip under the radar'. Make the people focus on one thing for a certain amount of time so they don't notice this other thing happening.
