Well, I look for a lady who is emotionally mature, financially stable (not in huge debts), has goals and knows what she wants. I don't look for "older" women per se, but these qualities do come with age and life experiences. The younger ones tend to live in the party scene. Of course, there are exceptions to every rule.

now that my friend, is a great answer..and one we women look for as well in a mandrinker

I dont know about all, but most women look for the same thing! And the situation is this....an 18 yr old!!! Really, what can he offer me that I dont already have?

a car? got it
a house? got one
money? dont need any
kids? got one already
a f***? well, im not looking for that

SDM-

I understand your frustration. Unfortunately (and fortunately), I am not an 18-year boy, therefore, cannot answer your question into his motive. He is obviously just a boy to be bothered with.

i dont care too much about his motives simply because they really didnt mean much to me (i know what i want in a man) ...just want to know what guys look for when looking for older women..

<--- big exception to that rule. I like to go dancing now and then.. but party girl I'm not...

Sadly b/c of my age I get put in that group with all the people I cant' stand... The only friend i have my age is like me in that way, she don't party either. The rest of our friends are in their 40's and 50's and both of us date 25-35 most of the time...

Haha, its hard to be in debt when you only pay in cash...

I'll take that response more seriously when you can type it better.

Jayme-

As stated, I am fully aware of exception to the rule. You are a rare find.

I could get really snippy on this thread...lol, cus there's alot of ageism going on toward younger women. I get lumped into that category and I can't break out. No freakin wonder I'm single, if most men think that way about women my age then there's no hope for me for a good 10 years...

funny you should say that...my ex would charge my credit cards up buying clothes for himself...and i wouldnt even go shopping!and before you say anything...we were together for 4 years and is also the father of my child... so, i dont know about (all) guys being simple! Now, i have to pay off that cc bill cause he refuses to give me money!
