Topic: Marinade needed..... | |
---|---|
So for christmas dinner my mom has proposed a cook off! She has set aside 4 tri-tips and we each have to marinade and cook one and then slice it into steaks!! So I am looking for a marinade recipe that will knock their socks off!! Even though it will be cold and snowy I think I will cook it on my Dad's charcoal grill.....so keep that in mind also!

I can't find my recipe, but it's similar to the one posted, except instead of lime juice, it was lemon and it also had about 2 tablespoons of dijon mustard, no cumin or red pepper.
