Ok if i only had one chance to go out with the guy and make an impression. The day would be like this :
I would call him very early on the day that i know he is free. I would say hello and ask him to look out his window. He would see me looking at him from the opposite side of the street with a big smile on my face all the while blowing him a big kiss. I would tell him to go down and go with me to the lake were well have breakfast that i bought and go skinny dipping. Then well go back to his place change into appropriate clothes and go out again to the zoo where well have a blast inventing names for all the animals there lol. After the zoo its going to be the house over the lake where we can view the sunset while we sip wine and feed each other grapes. We would be intoxicated by the wine but all the more the conversation and the company. The longest most passionate kiss will have to end the day
and warm our night coz we will want to have more more than one date but with just that person all the time

Just because I'm not sure if she would like skinny dipping under the Northern Lights in complete darkness of the Polar Night and at minus 30C .. our red wine gets frozen and the only fruits we'll have are the icicles .. we'd have so many warm clothes on that giving her a passionate kiss is almost impossible .. and the only really big hug she will get comes from a polar bear .. lol

Seems we've totally missed something .. it's the third question "When?". It actually might have a crucial role in everything .. you can't impress anyone, if the time or place is not right. So to make Larsi feel nervous and perhaps a little excited under the Northern Lights dating someone special, we gonna need a proper northern winter, with its arctic frost, complete darkness and clear skies. So it has to take place somewhere between January and March. Otherwise the romance simply won't work. Also you might need an app installed on your phone, which can tell you where and when exactly you could enjoy the big show of the dancing lights at their best, not talking about pure luck you gonna need to.
If you have only one chance .. well, seems this chance you will have only after the very first mutually pleasing meeting in real .. otherwise everything's gonna be completely different - you may get impressed by the airports customs .. arrivals and departures sections only .. and maybe by a couple of local sightseeings too (if your flight back to home has been postponed due to the bad weather)
