Let's go past Afformative Action. How many tv networks amd award shows are blacks only? If whites did it....racist. What about Jews, Asians, etc? If someone wants equality, it needs to be equal I know of no network that is 'blacks only' I know of a handful of shows with an all black cast, but far fewer than those with all white. That is attempting to make things equal BECAUSE the majority of those in show biz, running show biz, and represented in show biz are white. Of course white being the majority that is not an issue, except for those who are not white and looking for something that represents them as well. That is when the other networks come in catering to 'underrepresented' minorities but still INCLUDING everyone. Um BET (Black Entertainment Television) television and awards. Racism. Want equality, promote equality. Don't segregate Back in the day...yes it was segregated. Didn't Denzel Washington , Morgan Freeman, etc win? BET is not a 'blacks only' network actually neither is the BET awards there is no segregation there. true...Eminem kept winning rapper of the year every year...

I very obviously do not participate to get anyone 'on board' with me, this is not a high school playground. I have the people who love me and care about me and people who speak to me with respect that I give the same back to, those who dont, have their own problems to deal with, I only pity them really. tired of repeats, change your own approach and get a different response. easy peasy. sorry to hit a nerve. But I call it the way I see it. And I see your posts on many subjects as racist. From what I read you have one agenda only and can't see outside of those blinders. So, sorry you feel offended but that is how you come off.. to many. As for coffee, you may take that advice as well as opposed to posting and then going to see how many people viewed your post. |
