This is just a guess..bandwidth for that emoticon (the favorite) might have made it more practical to put up static emoticons.

Thanks Tom, what's a "working image hosting site"? Is that like those apps you put on your phone? We were wondering (bunch of us from the cupcake shot) if there was an app like thing you can have on your computer for easy access of the image.
