I don’t have one but a few years ago a good friend of mine was in a McDonalds with his kids.

In walks this guy with a gun and starts screaming at the staff to hand over cash.

So my friend jumps at this guy and hits him hard, grabs the gun and holds him until police arrive.

I asked him WTF was you thinking, he just replied ‘I don’t know, but I was scared for my kids’

The guy got 9 years.

One time I went to Burger King and ordered a whopper with cheese..and they forgot the cheese....I still have nightmares over it...scared I wonder of it's too late to turn it into a frivolous lawsuit...smile2

What’s your fast food horror story?

As a teen I had friends that worked in a fast food restaurant.
No adult supervision at times.
I remember them bragging about/finding hilarity adulterating the food.
With body fluids. Pretty much any fluid the human body can produce they put in the food to make each other laugh.

They all worked at the same chain, now I stay away from that chain, and most places I am extremely wary of when I see a bunch of teens working there.

I am not going near them fast food places either, just the odd Subway.

But a couple of years back, I went into McD for a coffee with a guy, I am looking after in work. There was 4 overweight girls, just finished school for the day. Each of them having two burger meals each in front of them. They devoured the food in no time, got into a taxi and went home. I don't need to mention, they all live locally.

I do like McD coffee. I like nicer restaurants. Burgers and fries are not that good on regular basis for people.

The coffee is okay, they use fair trade beans, so they say.

But the best coffee in Dublin? It's called 'The Happy Pear', they have lovely vegetarian meals as well and a shop with organic and fair trade products

First visit to Carls Jr. got a hamburger.
When I bit into it, there was bone.
A LOT of bone.
I threw it out and did not go back to Carl's Jr for 4 years.
Then I thought, probably just a fluke.
Went back and ordered a hamburger.
Bone in it again!
Last ever visit to Carl's Jr..man and it was right on the
way home from work!!!

About 4 1/2 months ago I was feeling a bit dizzy because I hadn't eaten for a day or so. Was going shopping so I decided to stop at the local Taco Bell for a chicken meximelt and a steak soft taco. I used the drive-thru.
When I got back on the higway and set the cruise control I unrolled the meximelt and it emptied out into my lap.
They rolled it wrong and forgot to put it in the steamer.
I had to go all the way back home and change my shirt and pants.
I was pist because what should have been 3 hours of Christmas shopping turned into a whole day affair.

Years ago I was out shopping with a girlfriend and she was hungry and wanted a quick bite at Wendy's. We got our food and sat at a table near the door.
Just as we were unwrapping our meal a worker came along and started cleaning windows. The overspray landed on our food. We complained but they refused to exchange it for fresh. We left without eating and never went back.
Note: The Wendy's down here is better.

There's a MickeyD's in the local Walmart. I sometimes need a boost while shopping so I order one cheeseburger. You can stand at the counter and watch it being made. Everytime I order one, no matter how freshly made, it is slightly warm. I always ask them to nuke it for me now. I also order a soda. I always order a small. Since I can refill that small as many times as I want it is stupid to pay more for a bigger size.

I don't eat fast food very often anymore.
