Elevate them ana and see if the swelling goes down . Do you have any pain or sob ? Thank you No pain. They just feel kinda hot. But ive been here on the recliner for the past few minutes and they seem to be getting back to normal a little. it can just be caused by gravity and heat .,especially if you have been standing for long times or wearing tight fitting shoes/ socks . ..there are other systemic causes related to heart and/or kidney function but that type of swelling does not usually just resolve on its own . Take it easy .. if it continues or you develop any shortness of breath or other symptoms go have a medical checkup feel better soon x
