I bet if Israel nuked Iran on their own, with no American involvement, that a lot of people in the West would look over and excuse it!

Well, I firmly agree with Fanta and Adj. Not that I blame Israel for coming to us. We are the "will do" nation. How many foreign countries just jump right in there to put their own people's lives on the line? Well the good ole' USofA sure does, especially if there is something in it for our govt.

It appears that you are suggesting that Israel will attack Iran (not because Iran is a danger, but becuase Israelis are Jews...ie EVIL) and then the US will protect the Israelis from the righteous Iranian response and then the US will invade Iran and take over the country. Did I get that right? Is that the scenario you are preposing?

Nope, just pointing towards one of many possibilities. One when far more motive than the idea that the intell report is faked.

Where is the motive for doing so, unless it is to establish an escalation in the conflict, which takes the guilt off the Present Administration!

I think its common knowledge that the US uses the Israelis intell for all ME countries!
