What happened this afternoon, me in my car, a man on his bicycle. I had to slow down as the road was very narrow and a sharp bend in the road, a house to the left so I couldn't see anything. I slowed down to not run over the cyclist, then he craned his neck, and waved his arm to indicate there was no oncoming traffic. That made me smile. Really nice, and I waved at him as I drove past :)

I overheard a little girl crying with her parents in their car because they couldn't find any place to park at the beach....I showed them where my car was and told them if they didn't mind waiting about 10 minutes they could have mine I've never been thanked so much for a simple act of kindness. Made my day that I was able make that family so happy and they got their beach day

Went to a local sail loft at the right time. They just had a clean out, and needed to clear old stock. I bought 2 very good old boat sails second hand, valued about $900 for the set, I paid $60. Smiles. I'll be back.

A conversation I had today with a customer made me smile
