Thinking about how I should not let my attitude about something , however wrong it is, control my emotions.  Learning to control and direct your thoughts leads to controlling one's emotions. Bad thoughts enter your mind, let them float on by. Not allowing them to remain in your mind.

Been binge watching "Justified" for a while now, and even though my English understanding is way above average I sometimes have great difficulty understanding what the bleep these redneck yokels are saying

Thinking I'm going to enjoy being in Estes Park. The little town is only 3 miles from the Y too. Might be a nice little walk, I can't remember if there's a safe walkway though.

Im thinking... Why is listening to music on YouTube interfering with the loading of M2... Never has before... I wasn't listening to music Storm but running virus checks and that interfered with Mingle loading. Sometimes it loads in a snap and sometimes it seems you have to go through a lot of red tape to get in. |

I'm thinking I hope the rest of the day doesn't go as super lousy as the first part. From having it start to rain while mowing grass to arguing with a florist to getting heartburn from eating too much at dinner and that is just for starters. I'd count to 10 and start again but with my mental state right now being a screw loose I don't remember how to count to 10. But even with all the crap that has happened today I can always count on calming down when I come into Mingle.
