I'm thinking it's not bad that I've made a lot of mistakes in life. I have two children that can learn from all of them and not have to make them their selves, so in the end I guess that makes it all worth it, right? Tookie once said (according to a movie about his life anyway) something to the affect of raising children is like shooting an arrow, you point it where you want it to land and let if go, after that it's up to the arrow as to whether it hits the target or not.

I guess I should start getting ready for bed. Have a bunch to do tomorrow. I simply got out of work so late that I needed a few hours for myself first. It'll be so much easier once things settle down, which won't be until after I move on Nov. 1st. And hopefully I'll have a car before Thanksgiving. That will be nice. New job, full time with benefits. New apartment, larger and quieter than my current one and closer to work. And a reliable car. Only one thing will be missing then... i'm thinking i got this wonderful little rambler that was owned by a little old lady who only drove it to church on sundays

The swarm of edgers and blowers which descend at my apartment every Friday. At my house for 16 yrs, swarm of edgers and blowers every Friday. Very loud and intrusive.
