Good stuff. It's a medium/dark blend.

A bit better than yesterday. Sinuses still feel a bit warm.
Sleep (4 hours asleep, 4-6 hours awake, 4 hours asleep, etc.), vitamins, hot liquids, saline gargle, oranges, lots of veggies....all part of my get well regimen when I feel a cold or flu coming on. The earlier I start it, the quicker I get over it. |
