Crystal, that which you seek,
may have already been within your line
of sight.

Needle in a haystack is easily overlooked,
and not easy to find.

I have thought of that, but I doubt it very much. My social circle in real life is very small, I don't work outdoors either, I live in a remote area and so on. I'm not saying it is impossible, but I do think the chances are slim.
And if some man has seen me and is interested and doesn't do anything towards talking I doubt he's right for me, hihi. I need a man with baws. I'm a strong woman, although very sweet & sensitive as well, I still need a man with a backbone.

Just use a magnet silly bigsmile

Funny you mention that, cos that is actually true. Not that the magnet is something outside of yourself, the one who's looking is the magnet.
The other party also has to be ready to be a magnet of course. Then you get this delicious magnetism and chemistry, WHAMMAAH!!
Dangit... now I want him even more. Must be my hormones.
I'm simply not a patient woman, hihi. If I decide I want something, I just want it laugh
I remember in the past someone told me "Patience is a virtue" and I was like rant explode rant pitchfork

laugh I know exactly what you're talking about Crystal. I'm not that patient either once I ready myself and become that magnet blushing

I've been feeling it a lot lately too... it's gotta be hormones, or the energy in the Universe right now... I don't know but holy cow there are times when I want to just go out there and get me a man laugh blushing

Gotta cool my jets though. I'm not done traveling and want to be sure I'd be okay living in the town he lives in, when I do finally meet him.

Needle in the haystack

The problem here is..as I see it.
you are not appreciating the hay.

But soufie the haystack can be deceiving. Picture this, I am in the haystack looking for that elusive needle. All of a sudden my finger is pricked by what I thought was that needle. I celebrate, running around like a mad man yelling "I found the needle, I found the needle." I make a fool of myself in front of the local town. What I didn't know was that the haystack has been in the hot sun for ages and the hay has hardened from all the rain that had fallen and my finger was pricked by a rock hard strand of hay. That letdown causes me to sue the farmer who owned the land because I ended up with an inflamed boo boo. But I end up winning and retire to a tropical island sipping pina coladas all day long. Aren't fake needles wonderful? rofl

The Other dating sites I joined did well for dating. I had a few nice men.
Dating doesn't mean I want a serios relationship or marry the man.
Dating is No problem. My dates are all just Platonic.

So far I haven't met a permanent partner. I am Very Picky !

I'm obviously really looking for a needle in a huge haystack, haha.

You Humans have it easy.
Back on my home planet Melmac, we had to find the hay in the needle stack.

Now hold on! That depends on who is in the hay bigsmile If you come across something nice and the needle ain't in sight yet... tongue2

What happens when you go rolling in the hay only to get stuck by a needle? tongue2

There is the option of torching the haystack.
I mean, there's nothing quite like a good
bonfire on an autumn night.

However, the heat and smoke will leave the
needle blackened with carbon, camouflaging
it in the ash and soot.

Doesn't seem like it would help in the search.

Then there's another option.
When searching the ground for a sharp object,
that for whatever reasons, won't make itself visible
to the eye... Take your shoes off, and walk around
barefooted, until you find it.

But, since,
you're searching for something unique,
you may have to double-down at the haystack.
Carefully, time consuming, straw by straw search.

What if there were no needle in the haystack to begin with..and the hay is all you get?

Then you get a horse, feed him the hay, and ride him to the next haystack. Search that one. If no needle, then repeat the process.
