It has been brought to my attention, that some of you, you know who you are. Have been attempting to resolve some of the issues we face, using things like, common sense, and compassion. I implore you, to stop this nonsense, immediately.

Screw a bunch of compassion and common sense.
This is the Politics forum and that has been abandoned a LOOOOOONG time ago.

I say built the wall and get more devices out that can detect tunnels etc, but at the same time don't make the pathway to enter the country legally or become a citizen so damn difficult. I am all for having people who move here be required to learn our history and a complete and deep background check and a few other things but the system now is ridiculous. There are many amazing people who can really contribute to our great country that are prevented from entering or becoming a citizen and I think that is just wrong.

I agree regarding the immigration process. As having been through it, it is far more based in financial status than any other significant factors.

What is More important securing the Borders or help supporting thousands of ILLEGALS. crossing over into the US?

that is kind of like asking what is more important, feeding your kids or keeping them safe. Of course, it is not about an either/or, both can and should be done, in balance.

What *I* don't get is...his followers apparently forgot he said many, many times Mexico was going to pay for it..

If he wants his damn wall he promised...then he needs to get them to pay for it...not expect the taxpayers of this country to do that..

That wasn't the deal...

AND...I wouldn;t be so against it IF he owned up to his pledge to get them to foot the bill...
