I'm new to this site and have not done much dating in a long time...
What is a good way for a woman to approach a man to let them know she is interested and in a way that will grab his attention without the woman appearing too eager, desperate or slutty. Thanks, |

my friend shell pulled a good one the other night at the bar for me
i told her the guy i was looking at all night was cute so she called him over and asked to his hand ..he showed her his right one then asked to see his other hand ..saw there was no ring and goes " so have you meant my friend michelle tonight" we talked alittle more no connection but it still was a slick move |

Send a nice message...sometimes just a quick hello can get the ball rolling...AND RESPOND to the guys that email you...profiles are only a snapshot. Don't be afraid to talk and email to get to know them...but don't drag the emailing out too long..the idea is to meet people..not be serial chatters

Times have changed, you have the same options as men.
Be polite, upfront & look for friends first. You aren't a kid anymore, so all the childish games should be behind you. Go slow & listen to that voice inside you. Get in the forums, read what people have to say & ask for help if you have questions. Think you will soon realize there are people here that will help you learn & who they are. |

I find that if it's in person like at work or out and about, a friendly smile with eye contact so that they will approach you. Yes, friendly emails are good too, just don't over do it. I'm new too!
