Thinking... COFFEEEEE!!! and HOME!!! I walked almost 3x more than I usually do -so handy to have a step counter-, sat outdoors in the cold for half an hour waiting for the next bus. Haven't had coffee for way too long and I'm cold.

And, beyond teaching, he was, even if unintended, a great therapist as well.

Almost always. And bless his heart, if it wasn't for Bob Ross I wouldn't be half the painter I am now. The best teacher one could have! Bob Ross, was indeed a great teacher. And, beyond teaching, he was, even if unintended, a great therapist as well. You got that right! Nothing as captivating as watching him and listening to him. As good as meditating, haha. Even my daughter experienced this when she and her then hubby stumbled upon Bob, and neither were into painting at all. When I was following him I started to see the world as he mentions it during painting: spotting reeds... oh, that's Ochre yellow with a bit of white! That tree, sap green, van Dyke brown... I seriously thought in paint colours haha. But... that did help me tremendously with painting! I talk to him too while painting. When I'm cussing. "This ain't no effing happy painting, Bob!! GRRRRRRRR" haha

Thinking... funny I had to switch to a different movie streaming site cos an American old geezer with a horrible drawl was not understandable to me Doesn't happen very often I need subs, but southern drawl... orrible!

You know Danny Glover saying "I'm too old for this chit" in Lethal Weapon? I felt that way when my new PC didn't find my printer, I had to pull it out of the cupboard, yanking a cable out. Now the work to get that back up and plugged in, hot dang it! I was seriously thinking -and saying- I'm too old for this chit!"
