I liked everything about the movie Oklahoma, music/dancing/singing. I did not like the movie "The Sound of Music"

I loved some of the greatest fictions ever written that actually bordered on adventuresome sorts. Quite interesting is the writers mind! A few newer films you might appreciate are... Time Trap (2017) Its a story based on the idea of a "Fountain of Youth" as it might occur. I felt the film was well executed. Not only did I enjoy the story as it unfolds, I felt the direction was outstanding. Transcendence (2014) People often get side-tracked about the mind-uploading premise of this film but I enjoyed the nanotechnology idea. I also disagree with the assumption that people would be afraid of nanotechnology. The intent of the film is a Hollywood version of Eric Drexler's Engines of Creation in a way. The Invisible Man (2020) I add this film not because of the legacy of the Invisible Man but because of the technology depicted in the film. Its a horror edged film and it plays that part but I wanted more depth on the technology which was not forthcoming. Still a practical and possible future technology. Ready Player One (2018) is a fantasy film. Its an okay watch but I liked the virtual world future depicted as common place. Again, I found the supporting technology concept very interesting. Kill Command (2016) basically, a killer robot movie. Again, the supporting technology is interesting along with the focus on what could go wrong. It plays on the fears of AI. It highlights our human need to develop ever more powerful weapons. Spectral (2016) is a Netflix film that was well done by all involved, including the writer. It involves ghosts which kill soldiers. It has a war movie feel to it but the interesting part is the technology revealed near the end which explains how ghosts can do what was depicted as in...Bose-Einstein condensate. Tau (2018) is another Netflix sponsored film. It deals with the future of home automation. It has a horror element but I find the technology depicted as interesting. Plus, there are quite a few B movies which have superior stories but poor direction and execution. I see stories in movies from Syfy and The Asylum which have elements initially in some of the greater science fiction novels. The movies suck but the stories are excellent. Some of the technology concepts in superhero movies are interesting too. For some non-science fiction films I like to watch again & again... Aliens When I first got that movie, I watched it daily, for like 2 weeks, trying to figure out if every marine was actually killed or not. It’s a fun movie for sure. Alien was a suspenseful movie for is’ time as well. Actually read the book. Pretty damn close to the movie. That being said, for humor and action; Army of Darkness. Humor by itself, Groundhog Day Action/drama, my go to movie; The Count of Monte Cristo. A classic, I recommend it. "You know Burke, I don't know which species is worse. You don't see THEM killing each other for a percentage."

There is few movies, always favorite to me. But Titanic is one of the best movie I have seen. And also 'Inside out'.

One favorite "Sleeping with the Enemy" - Julia Roberts Oh yes, brilliant!! It does remind me of me when still with my narcissistic ex though so it tends to drag up chit hihi. But it is an excellent movie!

What is your favorite movie? 'Favorite' anything implies one above all others. There are so many good movies already made and many being made or will be made, it is impossible to list one above all others. What are your favorite movies? Is a better way to put it. This allows people to relate to the movies which they like the most that they have seen so far and doesn't prevent them from possibly like other movies they haven't seen yet, more.
