I have a few points to raise.

1. The Help in the Community Forum, indicate that there are 440 posts, when there are actually 379. How about updating your site stats.

2. Why am I being bombarded by 'Likes' fro abroard, when I clearly state UK ONLY on my profile, As a developer, I am all too aware of the simplicity of writing an SQL Script/Procedure to ensure that only UK members can contact me.

3. Why can I not delete member contacts in bulk, or even singly?

Please address these issues, or I can assure you that I and many others will NOT be renewing our memberships!!!!!

So you counted every post in one of the threads.. At times post get deleted but was counted..

As far as likes or Matches anyone one can match you only filter they offer is for the e-mails. Other then that anyone can like or Match with you..

Who likes you does not have the option to delete those.. As far as Matches then those have to be deleted one at a time..

I do know for a fact that all Reports are dealt with on a daily bases and banned accordingly.

Any other questions you both may have would need to be addressed with Upper Admin.. Those that Mod the forums only deal with the forum issues..

I'm not sure about the background workings of M2 but I'm willing to bet the moderators do not draw a salary.

So, basically, you have a free internet site maintained by volunteers.
Advertising pays the bills and the more people the more advertising hits.
Any business model website on a .com needs to have a lower overhead than liability. Com stands for Commercial as in 'for profit'. If it were .org or .edu it might have a different feel.

Paying for upgraded membership is a choice you made...Basic Mingle membership is free...that upgrade clearly explains what you get...and what you are whining/complaining about is on every site - paid or free...live with it!

btw...stop waiting for a bus nsmed "available women"...stopped running long ago...use the free search to find your own matches...then engage those who meet your criteria...that would be more productive than writing complaints..
