Crockpot on low: Beef roast, potatoes, baby carrots and a little celery and in about 10 - 12 hours the roast will fall apart. Ooh la la!
If there's leftovers I add a couple more items and it can become soup/stew.

Thai Streetfood - Thai Penang Curry. Mildly spicy which is stinking hot to me :p
It was delicious!! Eaten with white rice.

I'm on the no stimulus diet... nothing over 20 cents an ounce... usually 10 to 15... actually able to get good healthy stuff but it takes some looking... and I have to be really creative with recipes
