Just for fun I searched and found Das Boot on Movies7.
It also doesn't have subs. http://movies7.to/series/das-boot-pprl9/80o46kq This stream is in 720p and is also available at 480p and 360p. I can get subs by enabling Closed Captions in the web player. I stream thru my Gom player and that feature is not available. When I stream thru my Gom player, I have the option of saving the 'temp file' to playback without internet connection at a later date. This allows me to put the movie on my tablet and take it with me when I leave the house. |

Yep, new good sources for watching movies or series are always high value to me too, haha. So if you have any, I'd appreciate it!
The one I gave you that first didn't work is great. It's the one I use most at the mo. It usually streams from "Mycloud" which is nearly always great quality. If that one doesn't work it goes to "Streamtape" which often is a lesser quality. If so, I search on another site altogether. But most of what I watch is via movie7. Currently on the lookout for A Quiet Place 2. So far only CAM. Don't know if you've come across it on HD or maybe it's still too soon? |

Blind Horizon
Val Kilmer, Neve Campbell (puke!) Good start about a man who lost his memory after an accident. Flashbacks etc., still good. Then it gets looooooooooooooooooooooooooooong winded. In the end I couldn't stand it no longer and skipped at least 30 mins, I think more, to only see the end. All in all it was predictable as bleep. I knew from the beginning who and what and turned out to be right. In any case got to see Val Kilmer while he was still smexy! |

Tom is a great actor , but the movie sucked !!! not entertained at all !!!! |

Blitz, second time, great movie! Jason Statham - 2011
-- Deepwater Horizon was a good movie! I've seen it several times. I just didn't know until now that it was based on the actual event of Deepwater horizon, the biggest oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico in 2010. I can remember that... So sad, so much pollution. |

Jason Statham, Ron Perlman, Ray Liotta Now I love Jason Statham  not just for his looks but his martial arts skills. Me and martial arts done well = melt down, haha. But... if you too are a fan do yourself a favour and DO NOT watch this movie. I repeat, SKIP! I cannot believe they managed to do 3 movies, a sequel. Unbelievable. The story in itself was okay, could've been a big hit even. I mean, think LoTR. But then you have to shoot it well. And Liotta in the role he played... puke! BAD. |

Actually... I've always watched good movies more than once :) The times I've seen all the Jurassic movies... Or MiB or Independence Day (both), Rambo movies, and so on... I got a bunch of movies on my HD from the time we were still allowed to DL here. Those movies I watch regularly, not like every week of course. Some series I watch more than once too, if they're really good, like Strike Back or Flash Point, 24 (all), Tour of Duty, and so on. In spite of that I indeed sometimes have nothing new that's worthwhile watching. Currently almost everything has come to a screeching halt. I so liked series "See" and "The Witcher". Lord knows when it'll be back again. Because nothing happening they cancelled the Bone Collector series. Bad decision as it was absolutely great! |

Movies I would watch again: Mystic River Gladiator Men of Honour Man on Fire Bone Collector Gangs of New York Talented Mr Ripley Rounders Etc etc Series I watch now and then are pretty rare..... Jason Bourne series Jack Reacher Ethan Hunt ... Always on the look out for movies suggested by Tom ... he watches plenty ... Just watched on Netflix ... Forks over Knives and Eating you Alive , both a must watch if you are into social commentary!!! |

I watch a lot of movies, and occasionally one from Tom's list, but generally we have a different taste. He's into horror and old movies (50s) and I'm not.
But there is an overlap in taste and it's sure as hell nice to get some input from others. Sometimes I find movies in his lists I've never come across in spite of searching for stuff most every day. I guess we all get different results based on country and of course different sources of finding movies. So I always scan his lists. For the same reason I post what I watch in the thread I made way back when, basically as a database for others to find good movies & series. I've came across movies mentioned by others here too. That's why I love the lively movie section here! Right now going to watch The Hunger Games. I've seen that a few times already, but I've come across Stanley Tucci a number of times in other movies of late and his role in The Hunger Games movies is so damned good I decided I want to watch it hihi. |
