Pulling my hair out trying to figure out all the crap involved with the cigna medicare advantage plan I'm starting in 2022 (its an HMO)! They tell me to start an online account at mycigna so I did but then every page there requires me to sign in and everytime I sign in I need a 6 digit unlock code to continue. According to them, there is no vision or dental covered drs within a 500 mile radius. Yet my new card says I am covered for both (in network). So far (I have to do a new sign in for each page) there are only a handful of primary care drs and the first 3 are not accepting new patients! Plus, there is no place to put my st address on the website so I have to type out my entire address for each search page. WTH, websites are not really a new thing or anything. You would think an insurance companby would have their act together.
