please share your ideas on protected sex, especially the health implications.

the only 100% safe sex, is no sex.
barring that.. you should all ways use the proper safety equipment,( condoms spermacides, lubricants ect..).
and get regular screenings. both to protect your self, and others that you have been/will be with.

in todays culture I highly recommend abstaining. unless you and your partner can show proof, you have been medically cleared. even using protection.

I'm guessing you're the type that wears his mask alone while he drives, yes?

Sexual health and safety is important .

Know how to protect yourself against sexually transmitted disease, pregnancy and sexual abuse .

Know what safe sex is and which activities expose you or your sexual partner/s to risk .

If you are sexually active have regular sexual health screening /checkups . Some sexually transmitted diseases are asymptomatic in the early stages .

Although there is medical treatment for many sexually transmitted diseases , some are a life sentence . .
Having sex with a stranger or when your judgement is impaired carries a risk of consequences . It is like playing Russian roulette . You may at times doge a bullet but it takes just one exposure event to put you at risk . Know the sexual health and history of those you engage in sex with .

Engage your brain

Iā€™d rather you consider the baby daddy implications over the health.

Sometimes, it was necessary to have a security detail
waiting outside the hotel room, for protection during sex.

Always best to protect yourself and have safe sex, yes.
Apart from STD protection also from undesired pregnancy.
And especially if you have many different sexual contacts. If you have one you could both go for a test so you could have sex without the need for protection.

And for men important to just be willing to wrap it up. So many don't want to and as a woman you always have to pay attention otherwise they will still go ahead without, EVEN when you have told them to wrap it up and given them a condom (most don't even have condoms with them on a date).

Check the exp. dates on condoms as well and make sure the package & contents don't get damaged in you wallet of jeans pocket.

it's quite imperative that we always protect our partners from transmitted diseases, always protect yourself at all times-i know condom can be boring at times especially with your partner.

i dont like wearing a condom, i know thats petty, careless and selfish but i lose all feeling during mating and its like i got a garden hose on.

Im not circumcised and yeah the ride is as sensual as the climax for me. skin covered sensitive tip when not erect and all.

i never had a ONS, and have always been in long term relationships, they always had me as a one girl guy so even though i feel guilty there, id go to town on her instead if she reciprocated and preferred that as an alternative.

i must sound like a real dbag or something but thats me, sorry.
