No, the documents taken from Donald Trump's home were not declassified. Only people who worship Trump would believe that they were.

Have you been keeping up with the history of the permanent witch hunt against Donald Trump ? It’s 0 for however many hoaxes the dems. have created to try and stop the Trump Train. Guess what ? This will turn out to be another boondoggle for the party of anti- Americans ( democrats), when will these brain dead people realize that Americans believe with their eyes not with their ears. The anti- Trump rhetoric goes in one ear and out the other. ( the sky is falling )has run its corse and it’s time to put a stop to all the wasted energy , time and money spent on made up allegations. The majority of Americans have made up their mind , and understand the bashing of Trump and his supporters is the only plan the democrats have to try and win in November because of the failure to return our economy and rule of law back into our way of life. If they stick to this plan for the next 2+ years they will see a monsoon of red in 2024.

Still nothing coming from the FBI about Trumps “crime” but they have said they overstepped their boundaries and took documents and other items they will be returning. Sounds more and more like the fake Russia collusion smear. They spent two years chasing that made up BS. I wonder how long they will spend chasing this one?

Just another witch hunt by Democrat leaders to find some proof to convict Trump of a crime on Jan.6

A "witch hunt" that found 37 boxes of witches?

None of those documents belonged to Donald Trump, and his recent demands that the FBI return them amounts to a confession. It's like a suspect after a drug bust demand that the cops return all the cocaine they confiscated. This is really bad for Trump.

Of corse it’s bad for Trump. This is going to be the basis of another baseless impeachment if he wins in 2024. And yes they took 3 passports that were returned after Trump demanded they return his property. Don’t believe the anti trump propaganda that you subscribe to . They never present reports that contradict their narrative.

Anti Trump propaganda is prevalent among Liberals.

Demon crat leaders should be investigating all their criminal activities.

The Democratic leaders were investigated. In Hillary's case, Congressional Republicans took years and several tries to do it, and admittedly for political reasons. Of course they found nothing, despite Bill Barr's best efforts. And strangely, Obama never claimed executive privilege.

Just caught this headline -

"Donald Trump’s lawyer Christina Bobb was instructed to certify to the justice department that all sensitive government documents stored at his Mar-a-Lago resort subpoenaed by a grand jury had been returned, though she had not herself conducted the search for the records."

She now faces potential criminal charges.

Regardless what side you're on, there's no denying the trend for Trump lawyers winding having to hire there own lawyers as a result of their work for Trump.

Unless there is proof that she “ was instructed “ to lie . This could come down to a “ he said she said “ situation .She may have thought they had all been returned and acted on her own instinct . Lawyers do make mistakes sometimes. But this does not automatically mean that Trump knew the docs. we’re there or still there. With the tactics the FBI has used in the past how can anyone be sure that what they claim is accurate .
Lawyers are supposed to navigate through all the legal mumbojumbo for their client, in doing so the lawyer has to make decisions based on their clients best interests , which for a aggressive lawyer that wants to impress their client , they may take shortcuts to speed up the process that could present problems later down the road . That wouldn’t be the clients fault.

You missed the point.

Regardless whether she was told to or not, she's a lawyer, she signed a document to verify something she hadn't verified.

Saying that's a "small" mistake is like saying signing a document to join the army was an accident, sorry chum, you're in the army.

This type sh-t keeps happening with Trump's legal affiliations, lawyers making ludicrous mistakes and assumptions.

Trump himself continually makes the same ludicrous assumptions, it seems to roll downhill.

This is what I mean by the combination of inexperience, stubbornness and overconfidence.

I got your point , Trump and his whole legal team are amateurish in their dealings… my point is Trumps lawyers mistakes are their mistakes not his . Trump has been dealing with and against the shrewdest lawyers in the world for many years, I think he knows how to “ deal “ with these people better than most. So it’s not lack of understanding or judgement. It may have something to do with manipulation of people tied to Trump as potential witnesses for the prosecution if there is a indictment … but we do seem to hear of lawyers screwing up on these high profile cases every now and than.

Tried creating a topic for this, forum seems to be glitching.

A friend just linked me a story regarding tomorrow's Jan 6 committee, new recorded evidence is being submitted regarding his secret service detail warning him of armed protesters.

As part of the new evidence, a quote from Trump -

"I'm the f...ing president, they're not gonna shoot me, take down the f...ing mags."

(mags = metal detectors)

He acknowledged they had guns and ordered them to be allowed in as they chant "HANG MIKE PENCE!".

At this point, his legal team's best strategy is to prolong this with procedural red tape in hopes Trump passes away from natural causes before it gets to trial.

This makes Nixon's "Well, when the president does it, that means that it is not illegal" look petty.
