Happy that we won against Netherlands in the cricket Buuuuttttt... When did we start wearing pink? I love pink, but time and place that fuscia is blinding

Pink looks good on TV ... didn't think Netherlands had a team ... was it a girls team ??? OT; thinking this is gonna be a real short week !!!

Never knew the Dutch played as well. Nope, the gentlemen were in hot pink! I had to Google that to see for myself as I couldn't believe it. But indeed saw a photo of them wearing pink. How strange? Orange is normal for any of our sports teams, but pink... I didn't know either that we had a cricket team btw.

Thinking ... Sod's law to only have proper and somewhat larger canvases when I need small simple ones. Usually it's the other way round.

Thinking... when watching a SA movie... what a peculiar lingo. Much I understand, but I do need subs as it still is very different from Dutch. Word order is weird. I was told years ago by a SA guy that it's much like kiddie Dutch. Having listened to it for over an hour I gotta say he was right. It's both odd and intriguing, familiar and yet so different.

I'm thinking how cool it is that a friend's nephew has a documentary movie on Amazon Prime now, "Minnesota Tiger Man" . It's about government abuse concerning my friends Siberian tigers, ones I used to help feed .

Thinkng... such a shame that my beautiful broom didn't make it. A storm blew it over in 4 pieces last year. I tried to get it up as best I could and support it and it did bloom after that. But unfortunately it was knocked over once more in a storm and it didn't survive that. Normally it'd be flowering around this time a year, spreading it's lovely scent, lots of yellow flowers for the (bumble) bees to feast on.
