I believe a number of Mingle members are actually chat-bots. I got involved in a conversation in January that went very well with a "lady" who contacted me. Went on for several months. Seemed like a stable, intelligent woman with a good skill set. She may have been real but she ghosted me as soon as the conversation went to actual meeting.

Recently got involved with another a few weeks ago. Again seems like an intelligent woman with her life together. All seemed good until her history didn't seem to match up right and I couldn't find any public internet history. I now suspect she may also be a chat-bot. Time will probably answer that question.

I think it is going to be a common thing on dating and social media sites including video clips and video chats. The best advice: don't get emotionally hooked or share sensitive information until you have actually met IRL!!!! It is becoming more important for early, physical meeting. AI is making a new world of relationships. Enjoy the fun but protect yourself!
