If it ever comes to a time we can no longer discuss these things, Then you will know that Israel and its puppets won the New World Order(took over the World) But ,I am convinced that since so many have been waking up to what our govt has been doing , They are going to have a much harder time trying to pull it off,I don't think they can do it now!!!But they are going to battle us(WE THE PEOPLE) right down to the wire. I hear that there are other countries that refer to us as LITTLE ISRAEL!!!

Be very careful what you ask for!!!!flowerforyou The real questions that no one who supports the war can answer for me is why did Saddam die and bin laden lives? WHERE THE HELL IS THE PERPETRATOR OF 9/11!!!!!Why with all our extensive resources and capabilities do we not have bin laden? Why do the American people docily sit by and watch baby shrub take us down the toilet in Iraq when the perpetrator of 9/11 walks the earth? Why did the Iraqis have to be democracized because of 9/11? Why are we in Iraq when bin lade was never in Iraq? Why did the American people in all their grief not see the snow job of going to Iraq after bin laden? Why is baby shrub allowed to dictate to a democracy? He told us in his speech "that he cared not if we like what he does", but we pay his paycheck!!!!! Why did that not spark some form of revolt from us to be at the mercy of a DICTATOR HERE IN AMERICA???

Judge: Bush Violated Geneva Conventions
"A federal judge shut down the first American military commission since World War II yesterday, ruling that the Bush administration violated the Geneva Conventions in its handling of prisoners at the Guantanamo Bay prison," according to The Boston Globe. According to MSNBC, the military commissions "are neither lawful nor proper."

I don't find the war was based on lies. My opinion was that 9-11 happened and we should retaliate. If they wanted to say it was for some other reason thats fine. My reason was retaliation.

U.S. Withdraws From ABM Treaty; Global Response Muted
Wade Boese
The United States withdrew from the landmark 1972 Anti-Ballistic Missile (ABM) Treaty on June 13. Little pageantry or protest marked the U.S. move abrogating the treaty and its prohibition against nationwide missile defenses, despite often fierce debate on the accord within Washington and around the world.

President George W. Bush, who had announced the U.S. pullout six months earlier, issued a short written statement the day the treaty expired. In it, he noted that the treaty is “now behind us,” and he reiterated his commitment to deploy missile defenses “as soon as possible” to protect against “growing missile threats.”

WASHINGTON (CNN) -- The United States tortures prisoners in violation of international law, former President Carter said Wednesday.

Former President Carter says the U.S. "has abandoned the basic principle of human rights."

"I don't think it. I know it," Carter told CNN's Wolf Blitzer.

"Our country for the first time in my life time has abandoned the basic principle of human rights," Carter said. "We've said that the Geneva Conventions do not apply to those people in Abu Ghraib prison and Guantanamo, and we've said we can torture prisoners and deprive them of an accusation of a crime to which they are accused."

What if it emerged that the President of the United States was flagrantly violating the Constitution and a law passed by the Congress to protect Americans against abuses by a super-secret spy agency? What if, instead of apologizing, he said, in essence, "I have the power to do that, because I say I can." That frightening scenario is exactly what we are now witnessing in the case of the warrantless NSA spying ordered by President Bush that was reported December 16, 2005 by the New York Times.

What absolute proof do you have of illegal wiretapping and why hasn't the liberals of the Democratic Congress done a thing about it? For the last time, listening in on a conversation where one participant of the conversation is a NON-US CITIZEN is NOT ILLEGAL. Lawyers have gone over it time and time again.

There is NO proof that the war was based on lies. The fact is, the war was based on things that turned out to be untrue, false. That is totally different from a lie. The British, French, UN, American, Chinese, German, Italian and on and on intelligence said there were hidden WMD and other stuff. Saddam played it up as well, as we see from the recent Piro interview on 60 Minutes, who was Saddam's interrogator. Saddam played it all up, thinking we would do nothing, and thinking he could play the same games he had been playing. When the entire intelligence agencies of the world tell you Saddam has WMD, how exactly is that a lie?

The economy has been surging for years, breaking new records, people who have homes now is higher than before. What caused the real estate market to fall is dumb people have no personal responsibility and bought houses they couldn't afford or bought investments they couldn't keep. Oil has topped out, gas prices never hit $4 like the doomsayers said it would. Here in PA we never even had gas at $3.20. Much cheaper than most places in the world. Our GDP growth has been 5% plus every year. A recession, if we even hit that and have not at this point as everything is still turning in investments and profits as the stock market has never taken a major hit. We are recovering, today we game 100+.

Recent Gallup poll states that 84# of Americans are happy with their lives. The other percent likely includes you. Most poor in this country own a home, own a car, own cable, have air conditioning, can provide enough food for their family, get a public education. There will always be poor, however they are not getting poorer, we gave them an increase of minimum wage, which obviously brings them more money right (a lie, but thats not the point...minimum wage increases hurt the poor more than hurt). Economics 101. The poor have the opportunity to become whatever they want to be, it is their own personal choices, nine times out of ten, that prevent them from getting there. So, we all should suffer because of it? Private donations to help them as is done already, punishing those who make money with higher taxes, which in turn will cause higher unemployment as they will not be able to afford more minimum wage and regular wage workers is what will greatly destroy an economy.

Treaty betrayals? Don't follow you there.

Torture? You can argue waterboarding, and thats it. However, you likely include loud music and sleep deprivation as a grave attack on humanity as well against those who SHOT or KILLED our troops or plotted and assisted those who would or did.

How is that a Treaty Betryal? It's called a depature of treaty. We declared we were leaving, we didn't do it without saying anything. Another spin from you.
