What are some ways you hurt yourself, intentionally or unintentionally?

Good quesiton...I try to avoid it at all costs.....hurting yourself sucks and I feel bad when others hurt themselves....I don't EVER want to see someone on JSH hurt....because that would hurt me....and I'm serious....this is like my second family!!!!

there are lots of ways....
I knew some one who used to throw themselfs down stairs... people cut...hit things...bash their heads on things...pick fights just for the heck of it..... NOTE: These arent things i do! |

Usually, if I do it intentionally, it's because I did something really stupid, but I do so by hitting myself with a flat hand to my forehead. LOL

I think I look for red flags or reasons to run the opposite direction... but my instinct has served me pretty well so far.. .

physically i don't ever hurt myself. emotionally i have tendency to push those the closest and dearest to me away. If i think someone may be getting close to me i cause something to happen to push them back, all in the name of "self preservation" |
