just a quick update.
i got to meet my daughter this week havnt seen her in 8 years and spent a couple of hours with her. we just played some games and kept it low key. i wondered if this day would ever come and am glad it did.

don't know you either but I am so happy for you. My brother found out a couple of yrs ago that he had a daughter and he was estatic! Not only did he always want a daughter but he got 4 ready made gkids...

her mom just moved about 5 hours from where i live they used to live across the country.
i am driving semi now and can make where they are at. so i have the hope of having things develop into what things should be between a father and daughter. |

Couldn't imagine being without my daughter for 8 days, geez we hardly ever go 8 hours without seeing each other. My sun comes up every day.

I drove truck over the road for a little while, it's tough....
One thing I would do is start looking for cool things to give her that you find along your travels. She will know that you are thinking of her wherever you are. Just as long as she doesn't get the wrong idea and think you are trying to buy her affection, but you know, there's always cool little things that you come across that are unique, just like your daughter.
