A lightning flash in the distance followed by the momentus crack of thunder, as the rain falls from the sky upon my face and I feel the warm embrace of a southernly wind.

Knowing that I have made another person SMILE, today. and EVERYDAY tha the GOOD LORD lets me wake to do that..

I see myself standing next to a lake and when that lake has big waves and is rough. I focus my energy and mind on the rough water and calm it with my mind. Once it is calm I stand next to it and find myself calm as well.

Awwww at times just sitting in the chair with my dog on my lap petting her brings me peace

Anywhere I can be close to nature, be it down at the beach or up in the mountains, just listening to the sounds of nature and spending a few minutes in uninterupted reflection. Thinking of how beautiful my life is turning out.
