I think that sometimes people don't recognize the subversive nature of my posts on here. Haha.

Also, I would, because there's nothing wrong with being gay. I'm just straight, and I think my friend is as well.

Sounds a bit judgmental on your part, person I don't yet understand or know.

"No matter where you go....there you are".

Thank you, Buckaroo.

Still a classic.

I found love and wept inside, because as Alexander said...

'There are no more worlds to conquer.'

This is not addressed toward a specific person. (Disclaimer?)

1. Interracial dating is not an issue.
2. One person is, by definition, the smarter of the couple.
3. The more shame you feel about finding joy in sex, the more unhappy you will become in a relationship.
4. Enjoy having a pulse, because (as far as I know) it's a really terrible idea to date person that lacks one.
5. Internet dating does work; I have empirical evidence regarding that which I won't disclose.
6. It's not difficult to complain. Joy is difficult.

as a small vestige of hope
we resigned ourselves to creativity

and all the girls just come and go
i like elliott smith more than t.s., ya know

i filed in
no words to say
a good man's eyes turn from blue to grey
and all this time and all this hope
you got your shot and it was dope

so i'll hand you your silence
and hope someone listens
through all of the rain
my sidewalk still glistens

We don't 'name names'.

Yeah, by now I know the rules, loves.

So spin me a true story.

If nothing else, let's show some positivity when it is far too cold in the world to be cold toward others.

Cheers.

*sigh*

I don't find the Myers-Briggs assessment to be realistic. Even Carl Jung said in his own work that people are essentially partly introverted and extroverted. Unless this assessment is done as a professional (and it's still pretty sketchy then) it's just a Buzzfeed quiz.

To answer your question - I'm a highly social introvert.

"The pain, so unexpected and undeserved, had for some reason cleared away the cobwebs. I realized I didn't hate the cabinet door, I hated my life... My house, my family, my backyard, my power mower. Nothing would ever change; nothing new could ever be expected. It had to end, and it did.

Now in the dark world where I dwell, ugly things, and surprising things, and sometimes little wondrous things, spill out in me constantly, and I can count on nothing."

Philip K Dick

I'll even answer my own question this time! Exciting days, right?

"I don't mean to suggest that I loved you the best;
I can't keep track of each fallen robin.

I remember you well in the Chelsea Hotel - that's all.
I don't even think of you that often."

WHEN you are old and gray and full of sleep
And nodding by the fire, take down this book,
And slowly read, and dream of the soft look
Your eyes had once, and of their shadows deep;

How many loved your moments of glad grace, 5
And loved your beauty with love false or true;
But one man loved the pilgrim soul in you,
And loved the sorrows of your changing face.

And bending down beside the glowing bars,
Murmur, a little sadly, how love fled 10
And paced upon the mountains overhead,
And hid his face amid a crowd of stars.

- Yeats (1865)

People become bitter out of impatience, and the truth is that if you're in your 20's and can't pick up a girl you probably won't have much luck online.

Experience can equal embitterment, but I can tell you right now that dating sites work. Mingle2 is one of them.

You don't need to pay for anything to find friends or lovers.

A couple.

I'm still on facebook with people that don't even use Mingle2 anymore, if that answers your question.

How do you define "love"?

I may or may not find excitement through it depending on your personal definition.
