And i've tasted better food at Truckstops( nomatter how fancy of a name or reputation they have!) A candlelight dinner prepared for 2 is always more romantic and personal reflecting the person "you are"! Right now i rent. I've owned houses in two states-North Carolina and Virginia. I tried the Renting thing just once in Virginia and the tenant has more rights than the owner! Taxes are also high in both states. Liquidated all owned property last year before this injury(thank god) On a 62,000.00 house here yearly taxes are 120.00 my daughter's home! I've listed 2 more parcels i'm looking at on another post here. Waiting for answers of bids now. Unless there's a marginal profit now (i'm not investing) The economy in the United States sucks for investing with Government as it is!! You make it - they take it! Cash is better kept a secret!! Bank account kept at a minimal for scammers or profiteerers out to benefit themselves!! I've also learned from one bad mistake (always have an ongoing loan) Keeps your credit rating up! You pay off all debts and in 6 months you are starting at square one with that NO RATINGS AT ALL!! No i don't need a creditcard, that yields a high interest payment and unnecessary!

I was born in this state and that's why i say (West By God) John Denver wrote a true song about here and a true hillbilly knows where(Home) is! That's why i moved back here to be with my daughter and to recover from my injury! Bringing another income not burden here Yes assistance is needed now and the people i trust as well!! This is my last thought now because its really not what i remember growing up about (as it was)!You could leave your home unlocked or your keys in your car here with (no worries) not in todays society! Used to be good friendly people here! I guess the internet screwed us all? But Thank You for posting that about Hillbilly anyhow!!

I've already given myself a headache this morning as what to say next here on mingle, but that's not to be today! I'm glad to have(special people) in my life that still believe that talking to- not texting is how to really get to know a person and not afraid to do so!
