the 3318 was a message from the judge. Who then basically said to the defendant after the sentencing " now get out of my courtroom" to the applause of family member of those killed.

what was missing from the defendant was that smart *** smirk on his face when he got caught. Seems he is now seeing the error of his ways

May we never hear his name again and may he he rot to death in jail.

I guess there's not much they can do about it ( having him as a neighbor).
But if I was him, I wouldn't worry about stocking up on Halloween candy.

Alot has been said on the issue of deliverance and alot of questions have been bombarded on this subject matter. Many people have asked such questions as "does a christian need deliverance, and is it possible that a christian can be manipulated or possessed with an evil spirit even after he has been saved"?,Are there remedies?,.Honestly alot of christians are confused because they still experience ugly trends contrary to God's will even after they are saved. What's your point of view?

Lets ask Jim Jones.... oh wait.. we can't

This is the part I really don't understand. Donations.. for what?.

These teams are actually professional organizations, which have to carry a lot of liability insurance. I know we did. When someone, be it a player, a coach, a spectator.. anyone got hurt anywhere on our sports complex our insurance kicked in. If the person had insurance, then both insurance companies worked it out, but I do not ever recall a person paying a dime.

Donations..... Same here. I remember years ago when Darryl Strawberry was with the Mets one of his homerun balls hit a young girl in the face. She ended up having several reconstructive surgeries and Darryl paid for all of it bringing her flowers at the ER, recovery rooms, often. This year a minor league bat boy was struck in the head by an on deck batter who didn't see him. Sadly he didn't survive. That's a case where gofundme was put to good use, though a child can't be replaced. This lady is lucky she's not dead, the impact could have easily crushed her skull turning it into organic shrapnel. Regardless the home team's insurance should be taking care of her medical bills.
I've got an idea. Take 250 balls from batting practice and hand them out to the people behind the plate and the dugouts and put up some netting. Dead fans have a tendency to suck the life out of the crowd.

I agree..

I just don't get the donation part as all medical bills would be paid. but I guess if people want to give her money, so be it.

Some people just can't recognize the merits of respecting and upholding a family name.
It is possible that a legacy is about to die...

You talking about Bill Cosby?

Lol! That guy dragged himself to the gutter...

Are you talking about Pill Cosby?

If it wasn't for the fact that he was Mandela's grandkid, it wouldn't even make the press.... not fair to Pops. IMO, It really has to play out more in order to get more hard info.

Even then.. and even if true... Pops, (like him or not) didn't do it...He should be left out of it.

The thing that got me was their first reaction was to say they were asked off the train because they were black. That it was racist. That was their first statement, starting this whole thing rolling. I read this article in a few newspapers. One went as far as to say " Black woman thrown off train because white woman complains"

We have all seen groups of people of ALL nationalities get loud and obnoxious in places where that is permitted. In places where it IS affecting other peoples right to " quiet enjoyment". And at those times we have seen them told to stop, told to leave or we wished they were told to stop or leave because they were ruining OUR time.

But right away the race card comes flying out of the pocket.

I would love to see the racial make up of the other people they have asked off the train in the past 12 months ( average of once per month). I would bet whites were the majority.

But that is not going to make the papers.

They were asked... 3 times.. to keep it down. And frankly, that is 1 more time then I would have afforded any group. And I would not give them a refund or a apology.

grown ups acting stupid.. plain and simple.

Was it them or the media who implies it was rascist?
Perhaps we will never know the truth. But they do need to own their behaviour.
Now they will be known as the Infamous-sistahs-bookclub.

Aug 23, 2015 Members of a book club on a wine tour in Napa Valley were kicked off of the train. ... but the women say it is because they were black. CBSN' ...

Here is just one of the headlines I saw. From what I have read so far, that was their first claim... that they were thrown off because they are black.

Whipped that card right out.

I have seen people thrown of N.J. transit trains ( after being warned). But I never saw anything in the newspaper about it. Leading me to believe that these women contacted the media.

Maybe they should read up on " rights of others to also enjoy what they paid for" in their weekly book club meeting.

ANOTHER WEIRD BILL COSBY STORY About Bill Cosby
PostedAugust 25, 2015

By Doug Elfman
Las Vegas Review-Journal

As if all the horrible claims about Bill Cosby being a serial rapist weren't enough, here's an incredibly bizarre story about Cosby from comedian Joe Rogan.

Rogan (who performs Sept. 4 at the MGM) did stand-up at a casino in New York state not long ago, and he says staffers told him this:

"He asked the security guard to tuck him in at night, and everybody was really weirded out by it," Rogan said.

"Obviously this is second hand, or third hand," Rogan told me. "But it's pretty obvious there is something seriously wrong with that dude."

What's stranger is that he insisted the security guard look like fat Albert

Abuse Scandal

Posted on Aug 24, 2015

Bill Cosby is claiming that he’s the victim of racism and a witch hunt after scores of women came forward claiming the disgraced comedian secretly plied them with drugs and raped them.
RadarOnline.com has learned that Cosby, 78, and his handlers mapped out a media plan during an intense strategy session, which his spokespeople and Washington, D.C. attorney, Monique Pressley, now plan to execute.
Cosby’s team will insist he’s been targeted because he’s black and famous. They are also determined to use terms like “lynching,” “witch hunt” and “persecution” in their public relations campaign to salvage what’s left of the actor’s image, a Cosby insider reveals to Radar.
Cosby’s team hopes the strategy will help their famous client gain the support of African-Americans, including black journalists, who Cosby has said should be “neutral” in their coverage of the scandal.
“Look, it’s not rocket science and it’s not hard to understand, particularly if you’re African-American, that no matter if an individual has fame and fortune, if he supposedly drugged and raped a white woman, he’s very much susceptible to swift and harsh punishment,” the insider said.
“So, what [the team] wants to do and will do on Mr. Cosby’s behalf is simply put to the public a scenario that everyone knows makes sense,” continues the insider. “Nearly all of these women are white and most of them said that this happened in the 1960s and 1970s. I don’t care if you’re Bill Cosby or any other black celebrity, you can’t tell me that a white woman’s claim of being assaulted in any way by a black man would be ignored.”
“What cannot happen in the United States is that 40 years later there is a persecution tantamount to a witch hunt…” Cosby’s attorney has already noted of the scandal.
“Bill Cosby was a black man in America. If we look back on our own history and see what was happening during those times, he would have been target No. 1 in those days,” Pressley also noted.
“I’m saying, based on what I know of our country and our country’s history, and when we look back on the kinds of things that were being done to African-American males, I find it incredulous that no one would have believed [his white accusers] enough to check their story,” she added.
The insider, who has regular access to Cosby’s team, said Camille Cosby, thestar’s wife, has agreed to go with the new plan.

This is the last resort for him. His strategy team basically said " we got nuttin", so when all else fails pull the race card out Lol

He never uttered those words when he was telling the black community how to act. But now he is begging for their support.. comical

A pathetic move for a pathetic man.

I never have been into relationship or even great friendship with any girl because i am too shy to talk to her . I also have a feeling that girls look into me and just bcos i am too shy And unable to maintain eye contact with them , it kind of make them think me as a non person . . I am not Desperate i am just confused ? Is this normal thing for shy guys that girls ignore them . .

You have to look them straight in the eyes, brother.

If you don't you will never know what they really want.... the eyes never lie ;)

I have also been to a few restaurants in my time where groups were loud and while I am sure it was a great time for them, they were effecting the people around them. And while I never seen them asked to leave ( I am sure because the check was not paid yet) I have seen management come over and tell them to keep it down. Which made me happy as I could actually continue to have a normal conversation with the person I was with.

Now I'm not a wine and chees guy.. I prefer a cold beer. but I have been to a few of those type gatherings and they are not the same bar type atmospheres that you see else where. I would call it a quiet dignified type setting. Which I would assume is the setting the train company is trying to sell.

I can't get YouTube where I am so I can't see the videos. But from what I read, this is not the fist time the train tour has had people removed or ask to leave the train because they were disrupting the tour. According to what I read it happens about once a month on that tour.

We're they all black too?.

I didn't watch all the videos, they seem to be mostly bias outrage.

1-10 women from Africa
2- 1 black- American
3- People are thrown off train once a month.
4- Cops were called, first time ever, for 11 disruptive women to be removed.
5- Cops came AFTER the women were left off, & transferred back to the pick up spot. And their money for the trip returned.
6- The women were sitting in THREE different locations, laughing & talking loud to each other. The other PASSENGERS complained to staff. The staff asked the women MULTIPLE times to keep the noise down & warned them that they would be thrown off.
7- None of the women were intoxicated.
8-- Ages range 47-86

I think you would really have to look at their history to determine if there was any bias. If they are throwing people off the train ( of any color) it could be justified based on their rules (i.e. quiet enjoyment of all passengers). It states where they were asked to pipe down 3 times. It appears they didn't.. but this could also be a bad train tour company with a checkered past of customer complaints.

If that is the case then they have no business being in the customer business. And if it is found that they do have a track record for asking blacks to get off the train.. they should be shut down...immediately.

I do know that on the train I take into the city, if you are talking loudly, the conductors will tell you to keep it down, if you don't they will remove you at the next stop. If you act up.. there will be cops waiting for you when the doors open And they do not refund your money.. ( I have seen it done) That is for the comfort of all other paid passengers.
