My mom freaks when she sees a cop, slams on her breaks, even when they are going in the OTHER DIRECTION...way to go mom...if they weren't looking before they are now...and she looks up and down in her rear view about 15 more times. She's so cute...only thing she does "wrong" is put the pedal to the metal at times.... |

No. I have friends who are cops. Out of work they are the same as everybody else. Some cops are jerks but you have jerks in every profession.

I will answer the question this way. You know how they say cops wont bother you if you arent acting suspicious? Well, Im only nervous around a cop who seems to be acting as if he thinks Im suspicious. Sometimes, with the authority of a badge, not much more than suspicion is necessary to be completely inconvenienced ro humiliated.

Only reason to be nervous is if you have something to hide or are feeling guilty about something you've done. Of course thats not true for many people. Knowing they might THINK you did something wrong is more than enough. |

nope. not nervous at all. My step dad is retired Ft Worth cop, my son is going to be a cop and many friend's that are cops.
 there are some bad cops (just like in any profession) but a lot of good ones too. |
