See, the Cy-man has it figured out. So have I. Spread the word. Stop believing in cliches and fairy-tales.

I don't believe in love at first sight. It might happen that you end up loving the person, but to me, love at first sight would imply it's based on physical attraction alone.

as far as soul mates, it could be possible.....not sure yet

Lust at first sight is very real and does happen.

I think the idea of soulmate is an ideal that will only bring disappointment. You'll always be looking for that perfect one and no one will ever measure up to that standard. It's really sort of greedy if you think about it.

No, and no...well, sort of no on the second one, that one is really dependent on who you ask. But in a logical sense, no.

Hey now I have found love at first site or was that lust? Well what ever it was it sure was good for a while hehehehebigsmile

As far as soul mates not real sure about that one since I have not found one as of yet. But I can't say it don't exist for I do know a couple that were high school sweethearts and still together to this day. They are a perfect match in every sense of the word and after almost 40 years their love is still as strong.

Hummmm nope actually it is my step-sister and her husband. He takes her to work in the morning then he goes to work picks her up and they are together 24/7 all but work. Have never seen two that are as happy as they are.... They both go do what the other one enjoys. When he wants to go fishing she goes and stays around the camper while he fishes since she does not like the water. But then when he gets through they go into town and look around. It is a give and take situation and they have found that happy medium....

I agree, love at first sight= lust or more likely Infatuation.

Second, I do believe ppl are so much alike with are are so "compatible" that u can call them "meant for eachother."

BNut predestined to be together, I'm gonna hve to lean towards no.
It's possible but not likely.

Is love at first sight possible?

Yes, it is possible and has been documented MANY times. The relationship of Antony and Cleopatra is a love at first sight. Dr. Earl Naumann surveyed over 15000 couples from every race, religion and background and found that not only is love at first sight possible, it is not as rare as some believe. 3/4 of all those who fall in love at first sight STAY married. Those are much better results than traditional relationships.

Are Soulmates real?

Yes they are real, but keep in mind that the soulmate that you had at 20 is not necessarily the same one at 40, because as you grow and mature your needs will change over time. Lifelong soulmates usually only happen after 35 with someone who shares a natural affinity of love, spirituality and intimacy.

1) Is love at first sight possible?
2) Are Soulmates real?

(1) Yes. I think it happens all the time.
That love, though, has to stay ahead of the
"familiarity breeds contempt" emotions that
usually follow.
(2) No on soul mates.
If just one failed to materialize then all of humanity would
be a step off, your soul mate went with her, yours went with him,
and on and on..exponentially no one would fit anyone else.

Sometimes you just get lucky.

1) Is love at first sight possible?

2) Are Soulmates real?

I can only speak from my experiences.

[1) Is love at first sight possible?

No. I believe that lust at first sight is possible. You may think you love someone at first sight, but being IN love at first sight is a whole different story.

[2) Are Soulmates real?

I believe that there are people that you may connect with and have the ability to speak to your soul. I also believe that you can have more than one soul mate. The soul mate does not have to be someone that you fall in love with. I believe they can also be friends that have the ability to speak to your soul, regardless of gender.
