Vampires? After you finish laughing and rolling you eyes, hear me out. For centuries, they've been written about, every now and then they surface again with vengence in literary and film circles. Anne Rice did such a convincing job in her earlier books how they would survive in todays society, I've suspected it could be very well possible. You don't get books about werewolves often or other-world creatures. Heck, Ghosts exist- what do you think? Anythings possible.

Most of my friends think I'm a vampire... I only go out at night, never seen during the daytime. I'm very pale complected. I'm naturally soo quiet that I accidentally scare people all the time because they didn't hear me approach... It also applies to leaving. They never seem to realize when I walk away. All dogs... even mean ones love me, but most animals are genuinely comfortable around me. Strange huh? It's just the way I am naturally. I guess a lot of it comes from growing up in Detroit... Lol!

Be afraid of people that truely understand evil and those who truly understand good. For they are one and the same. Sucking blood. Go ahead, for you are wasting your time, and you place ritual above belief and intent. Vampires are slaves to evil, not evil itself. Zombies, vampires, worthless servants to evil, nothing more.

Yes, they do exist. the original vampire was created when a exorcism went wrong. Rather than casting out the spirit of the evil demon; the soul of the man was cast out killing the body and allowing the evil spirit to exist within the deceased corpse. Hence the creation of the first vampire...

I think there are people who exist BELIEVING they are vampires and drinking the blood of others, I dont believe these people are immortal though.

My sister's strand of the blood disease has been called the vampire disease. She needs transfusions and blisters in the sun.

very strong statement..i don't agree with all of it, but i do agree with the first part -- those that understand good/evil are one and the same..."brothers under the same skin."

Just a little bit of info either fact or fiction that I came a cross for your reading/entertainment.

Vlad Tepes was a prince who lived in Walachia and ruled in 1454. They called him Vlad the Impaler because he fought against the Turkish bitterly. Deposed in 1462 he was later reinstated in 1476. He was caught by the Turkish and beheaded. His father was known as Vlad Dracul or Vlad the Devil. That's how the name Dracula was made. Vlad Tepes was known for some time as the devil's son or the son of a dragon by his people.

Walachia

Walachia is where Vlad Tepes lived. It's in the south and stretches from the southernmost mountains to Danube. Walachia is not a dark, scary, and ugly place like you might think. It's a beautiful place with hills, mountains, and an occasional farm. There are few, but magnificent forests. The people there live happily telling the tale of Dracula.
