I am curious as to exactly what BBW(Big Beautiful woman) definiton is. When I googled it, it defines as desirable overweight woman that is a plus size. So, when this guy called me that I was ready to become violent but he assured me it meant a tall, big boned, muscular woman. I never heard BBW used that way so has anyone ever heard it used this way, or was this guy just back peddling so save me from kicking his ***? LOL

Well I am a large built woman; sort of like a linebacker shoulders so thats what he meant by big bone or some refer as large frame. Hmm, may just have to kick his *** after all. LOL

Thanks Andy. I never claimed to be small and petite. LOL. 20 years in the military working your butt off; one tends to get a tad muscular. Still working on the gams with lots of cycling and walking. As for the BBW gals; I think as long as they are happy with themselves; that is the important thing. I just got taken back by the BBW comment to me and thought maybe I was misunderstanding the term. I suspected this was a shot at my weight but again never claimed to be a light weight either. I am healthy and fit; so really that is what matters. Thanks to you and all for clearing up this BBW thing for me though. Now going to find that man for some butt kicking. LOL Cheers

There is a big difference between a woman who is toned, muscular and fit and a BBW.
IN GENERAL.....BBW refers to woman who are carrying more than a few extra pounds.

A woman of your description is not a BBW, anymore than Tara Reid is 'athletic' She is slim but has no muscle tone and is flabby.

simply put,, BBW stands for Big Beautiful Woman,, its totally subjective to what one considers big or beautiful and not really based on any 'technical' criterea. I have only heard it used as a compliment(hence the 'beautiful' part)
