There ya go good things do happen from bad things... Glad to hear he is doing good.........Nothing more can make your heart jump from joy but to know a loved one has gotten better....

With me even though my ex daughter in-law has had to move in with me for a little while till they can save up and get a place of their own. I have been blessed being able to spend all this extra time with my granddaughter Kaitlynn... if that don't make me smile nothing will.....

I have a roof over my head, food, enough to pay bills, clothes, running water, friends and family are doing ok. Truck doing well, my garden is surviving, animals healthy, work good. Am pretty much at poverty level but it could be worse.!
Guessed am pretty much blessed.

I have a great family, just moved into a two bedroom apartment, bills are paid, still have a little money left over. I'm very blessed. Have a great day.

My air-conditioning unit works.

I try to think of this all of the time as I stand well fortified in my warm shower of clean water.

The only caveat...why am I not doing more?

Even the poorest of the poor can be happy..... grateful for what they have.....

To me as long as I wake up each day knowing my family are all doing well it makes me smile................. Of course having that roof over my head and a full tummy makes me smile even bigger,,,,,

I was accepted into the nursing program recently and because I had intended to go full time at first I was going to have to find a night job and quit my day job so I could go to school during the day. Being a single mom this was going to be tough for me. So I decided to go part time. Since I'm only going to school one day a week this semester the doctor I work for is allowing me to have that one day off and continue working for him! And on top of that he gave me a raise to make up for the money I'd be losing being off that one day! Prayers do get answered!

Nothing better then that feeling......

My son just finished up his extended school year and the teacher said he LOVED it!!!

my son and baby cousin are about to go to College

and he has made some musical contacts which could finally get some of his music out to the mainstream

I have so many blessings Im sure I couldnt list them all. Im deeply grateful for my life. I love my life.

A neighbour saw how lonely I was and gave me a great gift of a dog. Not just a dog but my favourite kind of dog. Since he came into my home my depression has decreased. Between Magnum (the dog) and my man, I have been VERY blessed. Both fill my life with SO much happiness and joy. The empty void has been filled. I am now off my medication and am going strong.

One thing my boyfriend has taught me is that it is the little things that matter. He has been getting me to go for long walks, and to forget about the bad but pay attention to the small things, like a butterfly fluttering around a flower. Or a chipmunk scurrying along the grass.

You may have the most expensive things that money can by and still not be happy if you can not see the good in the small things in life.

I recently was in the shower....I looked down.....and Just felt incredibly happy! Why God would punish everyone else with thier lil smokies of luv yet bless my heathen self with the 3 pound kielbasa of vaginal terror, I have no idea.

Its true...the good things in life don't cost a dime. Though I do rent out my stuff for $20 an hour.

I see the fixation of the media, on the bad, bombarding the masses....saturating society with doom, glooom, dire situations, desperate times....blah blah blah...

it's time to elect a new boss of the country here....and the ads on the radio...(I have it for company whilst working in Asylum)....are horrendous....a dissing match netween two major parties...

The outlook for most is cynically charged as there seriously is an expedential rush towards the demise of any former 'love, peace, and brown rice'...
