This probably has come up before. The veterans are always saying to go into the forums and post some questions or comments. But I don't think i've seen anyone from my area or even close to my state in any of these forums.

I just find it surprising living next to a major city, with plenty of people in the area visiting this site. But I don't see them in the forums.

There aren't any people from my immediate area posting except for one and it's one of my best friends...

Don't have any around these parts either. Doesn't really bother me all that much.......

I have only met with one guy from my area (Mitch, I miss you!) and did lunch with a few of the ladies from my area, but then again I am on Long Island and not in Minn.

Only found Lex in the forums is also from Indiana, but I'm not his type. That doesn't stop me from enjoying the banter and support of my fellow minglers. And I was found by a great guy on here that I've seen twice and hope to get to know much better. I quit prowling through profiles but because I play in the forums it keeps my profile active and showed him I had been on recently enough that it was worth his time to contact me. Lucky me!

I can only hope it is not like the Michigan forums.

If you guys are anything like me, there are plenty of ex's and people who I don't want anything to do with in my home town.
