Humor,confidence,and attitude the the big three. I have another question for both men and women. Let say your at a club in come a group of male and female models looking for a good time and them a group of overwieght people both male and female looking for love who would you look at? be honest. one more thing humor,confidence,and attitude sounds great but how can someone show you those attributes if no one would give you a chance to show?

But the thing is.. what does "who you would look at" have anything to do with being able to find a partner/mate or whatever else it is you are looking for.
There is someone out there for everyone.. if you expect someone to look past your obesity to the person you really are.. then you have to be prepared to do the same. |

I have ups and downs with ladies and sometimes it was thier fault atough times mine!!!! If U go into a relationship thinking its gonna end soon, U can Damn bet it probably will!!!Attitude and Humor will take a relationship a LONG way!!! I thought you had one now? |

Lpdon you just proved their point by this statement. Many of us has gone through some ropes and then some, you seem to have a bit of internal pain, but know that the responses are correct not all women are the same neither the men. It seems that way to you because for some reason or another you continue to experience the same type of relationships and outcomes. If you continue to believe this when the right person does arrived you will pass her to be exactly what you perceive and lose the chance of real love.... I've pretty much given up on love. |

rather your post or negative or positive your advices are all valid. but let's get back on topic, I believe people when they say they usually look past someone weight and see the real person or atleast give them a chance to show you the real person. I hope to meet those kind of people someday but unfortanly i have not atleast not yet. It seem like they only exist online.

Lets be realistic.....Women want a man that takes care of himself. Plain and simple. Is it right? Who knows, but I shouldn't talk. I would only want a woman that takes care of herself.

i am honest all the way...... i am usually attrac ted to the man that most women are not... i like men with a belly i can rub and lay my head on.... i am not attracted to the buff 6 pack kinda guy....unless he had my kinda personality so it is all relevent ya know..we all know what we are attracted to by sight and personality wise..... sometimes the two just aint on the same person!!

Lets be honest, some people if not a lot of people don't "want" to date a fat person. When you imagine the type of person you want to be with how many of you picture an over weight person? That being said some people don't mind they weight.
I personally wouldn't want do date a fat person but that is just me. Having some vanity weight is ok. I mean in our society most of us don't exercise or eat as well as we should with work and all but there is no excuse for being obese minus a few medical conditions. You must first love yourself and take care of your self if you wish for another to do the same. |
