Ugh!

Begin quote:

Pamela Anderson's plans to donate the earnings from her Playboy cover shoot to an Indonesian disaster relief fund have been slammed by a hardline Islamic group.

Anderson announced the plans on her own website, saying “I’ve just shot another Playboy cover that will debut in January for Hugh Hefner, at his request -- I adore him. Playboy and I decided to do this, so I could donate earnings from the shoot to Waves for Water.”

But the Islamic Defenders Front on Monday told Indonesia's Metro TV that the donation to the charity -- which works to bring clean drinking water to disaster hit zones -- would be "against the law of God" because it was obtained through "immoral acts."

Liberals who support Islam's right to exist have no clue what the hell they are supporting or talking about! At least Scientologists are not out declaring jihad on everyone for everything.

Ignorant is the effective term that comes to mind for Liberal Supporters of Islam. That is how I see many but not all Liberals.

Talk about spitting in the face of Charity! I hope Pamela Anderson does give them the money. Then the locals can decide if it is better to suffer becasue God tells them to or they can get with the program and live a better life without the ignorance of region stinking up their progress.

Islam IS evil incarnate! JUST as evil as the Catholic Church! Yeah Boy!

It sounds kind of like not wanting drug or theft money because
it comes from illegal or immoral gains. Personally, I wouldn't
want it for myself, however if it benefits many (such as a cause)
from what the article says, it might be taken with a grain of
salt as they say. Since all the celebrities and such could do a
heck of a lot more than they do, I'd kind of take it if they're
offering, ya know?

This is just like the Catholic church turning down a donation from NAMBLA. The terrorists have no qualms with murdering innocent people but Allah forbid they accept money from a nudy shoot.

it means do you choose the good that can be done over the bad thats been done

similar to the argument against churches accepting donations from drug dealers or from the openly promiscuous or sexually sinful

I think its possible for good people to make bad decisions and be confused about right and wrong and still manage to have good hearts trying to do good things

Id have to say the money is not sinful and that it should be used for the good in which it was intended, let Pamela answer to her creator for her life choices but the donation is a good choice that shouldnt be punished

It means that a religious person or persons of certain religions is doing what they do best judging and denigrating others.

If they think they (the Islamic group in question) can dictate life or death decisions for those victims of the disaster, they (in some form) would want to dictate the same rules for life and death over the rest of the world if they can make it happen.

You didn't see as much of this in years past. The trend is growing.

We are getting lectured about "Immoral acts" by followers of Islam?Never mind forced marriages with a 9 year old girl to a 50 year old guy, never mind cutting peoples heads off, never mind beatings of women in public, bombings, etc.

I think getting a lecture about morals from muslims is about as ironic as it gets.
